Amaretto Divine Cake

This is the cake Noelle made for my birthday last month. It is yummy! Plus it is easy to assemble and make.


1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 cups non-dairy Amaretto creamer, divided
1 1/4 cup Amaretto liqueur, divided

3 eggs
1/3 cup Vegetable oil
1 3.4 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 cups heavy whipped cream, whipped
6 1.4 oz. choclate covered toffee bars, chopped
Chocolate syrup

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease & Flour 3 8" round pans

2. Mix together the cake mix, 1 cup Amaretto flavored creamer, 1 cup Amaretto liqueur, eggs, and oil until blended Pour batter into prepared pans.

3. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, making  certain the cake layers, dom not overbake. Allow to cool completely before frosting.

4. Combine pudding mix, remaining cup of Amaretto flavored creamer, and remaining 1/4 cup Amaretto liqueur. Set aside for five minutes. Fold whipped cream into Amaretto mixture and beat at low speed with an electric mixer  for 2 minutes or until it is thick. Stir in chopped candy bars, reserving some for garnish. Spread between the layers and over cake. Drizzle cake with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with reserved chocolate pieces. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Yield: 12 servings.
