Blue Monday

Ah, it is a blue Monday! We will have high 90's for or temperatures today! I have had it with this heat! Then I tired to forward my blue photo of sweet little Ari "chillin at the college" with her mommy! So here is a photo of she and I at the baby shower two weekends ago!
I am in the lavender dress and Ari is wearing her fashionable blues! She is such a character! We really love her! She is a thoughtful and sweet baby girl!
My kids are all back to school today. Nick is already in his first hour senior year of high school class! Jeremy, Rebekah and Hannah leave later this morning and afternoon for another year of college. A final one for Jeremy. He has a full schedule and took his teaching certification test two weeks ago. Hoping and praying he did really well. Rebekah will start student teaching and Dr. K. at Nick's high school is anxious to share her with another teacher! She is a literature major and Dr. K. is a Brit with a Ph.D. in Literature! He is an excellent role model. Hannah is starting her third year. She is leaning toward early childhood education. I think she will fit perfectly into the role!
I have a new PCP appointment today. I need my thyroid labs redone. Dr. P. who I work for has been following me and I want a PCP office with their own lab. I hate to chase around half the day running all everywhere.  One of my favorite T.V. actors Hill Harper is a thyroid cancer survivor so I am always very careful about watching my numbers!
Stop by and say hi to Sally. She is recuperating nicely so let's keep praying. Enjoy the week!

We are lucky here in the northeast as todays temp will go no higher than 70. Last night it was 54.... great sleeping weather! Sure wish I could send you some cooler weather!
I had a nodule removed from my thyroid about 23 years ago. It was not cancerous....No trouble since!!
Have a Great Day!

I have been away from the computer fo awhile and missed all that has been going on with you all. Looks like you have a very cute blue package on your lap there. Take care and I hope to be better on commenting now that the grandkids are getting ready to go back to school on Thursday.

Hello Anne, my company (2nd group) left this morning so I am catching up with my blogging friends and loving it. Thank you for your many sweet comments on my posts.

This photo with the little one is so precious. You both are so pretty in this sweet photo. a special time for you both.

You are wise to watch your numbers for sure. One can't be too careful. My mom neglected her health and died at 65. I know it doesn't sound that young but for her it was way too soon to leave us.

Happy Blue Monday Anne and many blessings are sent your way always.
Hugs, Jeanne

Hi Anne! Love that picture with the little Ari! What a cutie pie!!!!

School doesn't start here until the day after labor day (by law) so we have another week before the kids go back around my neighborhood. Good luck with the testing!

Sweet babies need lots of hugs! I, too, am weary of our heat--over 40 days of 90 or higher temps.♥♫

Oh, you are so pretty...and that baby...sweet, sweet, sweet.

Hope you start getting some help from the medical community. I'm sorry you're having to go through all this.
