"M" is for Making Memories

My goodness, I have missed so many Ms. Jenny moments in the past several weeks! I don't like missing Alphabe Thursday but life just gets in the way!
Look at my tiny boy Nick! He wore a t shirt that said "Monkeying around"! Gosh, he was small, I am not quite sure of his age in this photo but I know those pretty curtains! They graced the kitchen windows at my momma's house. Memories in the making.
A lil cowboy wearing a Batman shirt. Oh this baby is going to be three soon! A toddler, no longer that tiny lil baby we cuddled! Sigh! I love his shirt, there is a saying,
I just love it! I am a little disappointed in the recent movies. They seem to get more violent and filled with evil, as if this world we live in, isn't full of those things already! I liked the old corny Batman T.V. series. Pow! Smack?! Take that Joker! Hee Hee! Loved it!
This was 1983, ah, the years, how they fly by! That is Etsuko, my very first Japanese friend. She was a research doctor at the Health Sciences Center where I worked for several years, in the Microbiology Department.  Good memories, many friends.
Hannah (look at those long legs) and Nick! Oh how the kids loved that old tree! It was filled with many beautiful memories.

The Eveland Phamily, at least part of them! Noelle, Roger and Colton. This photo is at least eighteen years old!  Memories making me realize that I am young at heart but not young age wise!
Jeremy, Katelin and Rebekah. My the girls were so pretty and tiny and Jeremy was wearing his famous smile! He is always has a smile for you! Rebekah looking sweet with her bow in her hair. Goodness, Katelin is mom to her own two little ones! My oh my, time flies!

Wedding memories are always good memory makers. Thirty one years and  counting. I hope you will visit Ms. Jenny and join in the fun:

Wonderful photos, Anne! You're right about Jeremy's smile - I find myself smiling right back at the image!

I have to be real careful going through my old pictures. Sometimes the memories of 'what was' and 'what might have been' sneak up and bite me.

Thanks for this fabulous trip down memory lane. There's something wonderful about going through old photos and the memories they awaken.

I love your photos, and I do agree that our minds are just as young as ever, even though our bodies keep aging.

Sometimes I wonder why someone so full of life must leave us so soon, while others who cause so much pain seem to live on and on. I guess I would really be lost if I did not have my faith in Him.

Today is another simply gorgeously perfect day. I hope you are enjoying some of the same. Have a wonderful day, hugs, Edna B.
