Warm Heart Wednesday and Excellent CS

Last week I was setting up a new credit card I received. I hit a snag on the paperless set up and called the credit card company. I had to talk to IT and the lady who took my call, Mary was so kind, she warmed my heart.
I started inputting my info but Leo, Hannah's "puppy" was sitting on my right arm. I am left handed and was typing my info with my left hand and it was going sloooooow. Mary was so nice and we talked about our love of rescue animals.
Today I received this note from Mary and a gift card for Leo! Wow! Warming ones heart is an understatement. Terrific customer service and a gift from a new friend. A small kindness that touched my heart is a huge way. Anne Frank was right, there is a lot of good in people. Join Jenny and all the fine folks at Warm Heart Wednesday!

Your Mr. Bandito is adorable. His birthday is one day after Pogo's. We have a lot to be thankful for.

I love that blue bookshelf door that opens into another room. How unigue! How wonderful that your new friend sent you a gift certificate. I agree, there really are a lot of super nice folks.

I've been fighting off some sort of bug, and hopefully it is gone now. I do not like being laid up. The first day in bed is okay, but after that I get very restless. Spring is coming though, so things will be looking up.

You have a wonderful day, hugs, Edna B.

Well, there is one more thing you left out of this post. You are warm and kind too and that's why you connected so well. I'm just saying.

Have a fabulous day my friend. ☺

That was so nice of her. Good customer service is usually a thing of the past. Most of the time it takes forever to even get to a human by the time you go through the automated menu. It seems like nothing in the automated menu every fits the reason I'm calling. Frustrating! I don't know if I ever told you before about Chewys? It's an online pet store and if you order $50 worth of merchandise shipping is free. There's no tax for me either. I discovered them when Petsmart had their kitty litter on sale. It sold out. On sale or not I needed it and there was one brand I preferred. I was googling to see if I could find another store that carried it when I found Chewys. They were less expensive at the time (stuff goes on sale) and it came right to the front door. No more lugging home 40 pound bags. Most of their stuff is less expensive than Petsmart. Anyway, if you call them a human being always answers the phone! They have excellent customer service. It's www.chewys.com. A great resource for pet owners. One time they shipped something to me by mistake. I called and they told me to donate it to a shelter or rescue group.

Love you story! I agree with Sandee that your kindness warmed the heart of Mary. So kind of Mary to send a hand written note.

A handwritten note! Very cool. I agree with the other bloggers, it takes one to know a kind-hearted person. :-)

I love this.

Karma always comes back around eventually.

And no-one deserves generosity of spirit than you, my lovely friend.
