Warm Heart Wednesday/Maxine Cracks Me Up/Blue Monday Comeback/

This is the very best warm heart Wednesday I can think of! The kids came to visit today. Jacey had been sick and was told by a doctor to give the baby formula while she took an antibiotic. Poor Harrison, he was miserable, not  able to handle that formula  well and hurt his tummy. Look how content he is with his mommy. There is nothing like a sweet baby to make your world happy.
Please visit Jenny and Warm Heart Wednesday so you can share your favorite moments too.
Maxine always says it best! I worked long and hard for 42 years. I do not regret having to take an early retirement. Life is too short and there is more to it than money.
This chippy old chair was a big seller at etsy a while back. The google image seemed perfect to remind everyone that one of our favorite blogging friends Jeanne will start hosting Blue Monday. Jeanne and Sally were very dear friends so is seems perfect that Jeanne will take over. Make sure you visit and share some blue and wish Jeanne well. Thank you Jeanne for carrying on Sally's blues.

Beautiful shot of baby and momma. I love Maxine too. She's very funny and full of life experience. How sweet that Jeanne will take over Blue Monday for her good friend, Smiling Sally. I'm sure Sally is smiling about that now ;-)

I'm so sorry about Sally. Tragic.

Oh the baby is adorable.

I love retirement. It's the best job I've ever had.

Have a fabulous day honey. Big hugs. ♥♥♥

I'm waiting for that "Retirement" job too! Too bad it doesn't pay to well...

Retirement is great! It is better when you can afford it. We can for a while, I hope long enough. Nice Maxin find, Anne.
It is kind of hard when a blogging friend passes. Even the ones that you did not meet. I could use a Monday post maybe. My other blog keeps me busy over the weekend and then I generally write a poem for Tuesday also.

My heart is breaking---I didn't know anything about Sally passing. We go way back. She actually helped me learn to grow my blog by participating in parties. Oh, gosh, what a blow.

I really love Maxine. She is always spot on with her feeling about everything we ladies are going through as we...mature!

Happy for you that your kids came to visit, Anne! Have you ever thought on taking over Sally's meme, since you're posting a blue pic on Monday's?
If you can't figure it out, ask one of your kids how to do the link, they'll figure it out and teach you:) Then what I've learned, doing the meme of Seasons, the day before you need to give all the people that have in the past logged on to Sally's last post - a short 3 lines- announcement of the new Blue Monday, and you're set! I have been thinking to do that, since Sally went to heaven - I know doing here meme/challenge will be a success!
But if you really do not want to do that, you can connect to my blog on Monday, and post a blue pic for Seasons. My link is open Mon-Wed. till 7pm, Pacific time. It can be anything, as long as it happened during the season. Next week it will be in the post "SEASONS- Almost Spring"
Whatever you decide, is fine (and you don't have to tell me why) think it over, and I'll see - I would participate in Blue Monday, even though I have Seasons:) Have a happy weekend!
