Aw...Mondays and More

Aw...Mondays. I was doing some exercise and looked over at Thor. That recliner top is his favorite sleeping place. The sun was hitting him creating an angelic look about him. He is quite a shy boy so he is rarely in trouble. Visit Sandee and friends and say hello and please come share.
Love is...says it better then any Hallmark card ever did! I still love hanging clothes on the line. I am so grateful we don't live in a rules & regulations area. Only neat front yards and kindness here. I attended Catholic school from k to 11 and I am not much of a rule follower. I think often rules are in place to control people not to help us and usually those making the rules follow the "Do I say not as I do" rule themselves. It is going to be in the high 80's today. I am not a huge fan but I do enjoy the sunshine.
Blueberries are my favorite! Since hearing our Colorado peach crop is 90% destroyed due to the cold this year, I am happy to have my blueberries. They are an excellent source of fiber and they may help improve brain function. We could all use a little help there, don't you agree? I shared this for Blue MondayBlue is a favorite color for me too. Plus I inherited blue eyes from both of my grandmothers so I do love some blue.
My beautiful cousin the Sheriff Deputy shared this. I don't live my life by the rules and standards of others. I live like this. Enjoy as much of your life as you can. It is the best way to secure memories.
Not a fan of Sponge Bob but I sure get this. My husband has had to work through it all . He is grateful for his job as many do not have them but unemployment will not last forever.

I had spent an hour in the bank with my dad, as he had to transfer some money. I couldn't resist myself & asked...
''Dad, why don't we activate your internet banking?''
''Why would I do that?'' He asked...
''Well, then you wont have to spend an hour here for things like transfer.
You can even do your shopping online. Everything will be so easy!''
I was so excited about initiating him into the world of Net banking.
He asked ''If I do that, I wont have to step out of the house?
''Yes, yes''! I said. I told him how even grocery can be delivered at door now and how amazon delivers everything!
His answer left me tongue-tied.
He said ''Since I entered this bank today, I have met four of my friends, I have chatted a while with the staff who know me very well by now.
You know I am alone...this is the company that I need. I like to get ready and come to the bank. I have enough time, it is the physical touch that I crave.
Two years back I got sick, The store owner from whom I buy fruits, came to see me and sat by my bedside and cried.
When your Mom fell down few days back while on her morning walk. Our local grocer saw her and immediately got his car to rush her home as he knows where I live.
Would I have that 'human' touch if everything became online?
Why would I want everything delivered to me and force me to interact with just my computer?
I like to know the person that I'm dealing with and not just the 'seller'. It creates bonds of Relationships.
Does Amazon deliver all this as well?'''
Technology isn't life..
Spend time with people .. Not with devices.

Oh my heart! I NEED me some Thor.:) Good thing we don't live nearby, huh? All good stuff … particularly than toon about essential employees. My son says they're still doing okay, but going on 10 weeks now he's only able to get 40-50% of his weekly bakery orders. (He's an independent distributor for Little Debbie.) Have yourself a sweet rest-of-today, my friend!

Thor is adorable. I agree that a lot of rules are there to control people.

Thor has the best bed in the house.

Spongebob is right on this one, we are essential and we are not making it.

Great wisdom, as much as i enjoy being able to get online and see my balance, i want to go to the bank to do many things, i like the people there.

Thor is such a cutie. I do quite a few things on line, but not my banking and bill paying. Plus, I like to do some of my shopping in person. And Pogo enjoys getting out to meet new people. That grandfather was such a wise person. You have a wonderful day, hugs, Edna B.
