Happy Tuesday and More

 

Lulu's Farm and Market. We had such a good time SONday getting chilies to freeze and use all winter and we found Colorado peaches and corn too. We  love the big chair so stop to take a photo when we come here. We are happy on Tuesday because we have been blessed in so many ways.  Please visit Happy Tuesday.

I found this photo from years past. What a CHRISTmas with Nick and Mister Kitty. We even had some indoor snow falling. Mister Kitty is terribly ornery but he can fit here for Tuesday Show and Tails. 

That is what I dislike about cats. They are always hungry at the worse times. Like when you are fast asleep. Maxine tells it like it is.

It was a cool day today and we had some rain. But LOve is...makes me feel happy and warm all the time because it is so darn sweet. 

Baby Blue Eyes with a smile. 

The first pair of my new glasses. I was in my pj's until noon today with a backache. SO this is not my best photo. HaHa But girls with glasses are always smart and sassy.

Baby Blue Eyes is a Daddy's Girl. Aw.....she loves him and smiles the biggest smile when she hears his voice or sees his face.

So if you have never read the Birth Order by Dr. Kevin Lehman, please get a copy and read it ! It is one hundred percent true. The middle, who is her father's daughter, adores the man. I found this silliness and it is truth. Humor is worldwide medicine. It is good for the heart and the soul. Laughter is the best. Share some today. 

I will share our trip to Lulu's Farm and Market tomorrow. We bought chilies and corn and are going back for pumpkins. The middle is a good daughter. She took some photos for us. You can not see my leggings but they have tiny footballs all over them. It is Fall and football season. I do love watching the young kids play as we set the NFL on the back burner. Lulu's have wonderful service and so much goodness. The middle bought a Bailey's Irish Cream Torte. Oh Lord, why must you make the good stuff so bad for us? The bad stuff is suppose to be good for us. I think you have it backward. I am sorry and I do apologize.

Sharing this for Annie even though she has been on hiatus.  I feel our world would be so much better if each and every person on the planet earth would make this mandatory in their own lives. Every one of us.  It is hard to do but it is so well worth it.

1. My mouth is too talkative and sometime I get into trouble. (well a lot sometime)

2. I am willing to give up sugar for a healthier lifestyle. (it ain't easy trying)

3. One random fact about me is I think laughter is absolutely the very best medicine. I love humor!

4. Being vintage makes me unique. I still act like a kid and I know all the words and hand motions to Baby Shark and other  kids songs. My grands love me for it! The dogs and cats, they are not sure about me!

Stop by and visit Pink Saturday I am not a great make up, nail or hair person. I like quick and easy and don't often wear makeup. I use to get my nails done and now I am trying to heal my nails. I love pink so these nails are very pretty. But I like fun too:

Halloween is around the corner and many if my neighbors are decorated to the hilt! Orange lights, huge blow up creatures and all sorts of fun stuff. Jeremy and Brittany decorate their home for all the holidays so I will have to get a few photos to share. When my kids were small I Use to make all the crazy desserts. Hannah still loves Graveyard Pudding.   You can find recipes at places like kraft.com and allrecipes.com. It is fun when you have little ones around.  I like fun and these nails are very fun! Tuesday Tea and Random Thoughts

 

Welcome to Fall or Autumn! Your choice, your call. My childhood friend Rob just mentioned that he was raking leaves and a neighborhood kid asked if they could jump in the piles. Of course, he obliged them. Ah....he is a sLOVEnian like me and our first lady. BoJon's rule! We always use our good manners. Some folks do not like to be called a "BoJon: but I find that the French were very kind when they called my people "Beautiful" as they were heading to America. My high school History teacher at Seton High , an all girls Catholic school back in my youth. Mr. K attend school with my brother Ed. Wouldn't you know it? If not him they all tell me my brother Bill coached them in Little League or another sport. One guy I still see occasionally at social media said he loved my brother Bill although he called him by his respectful name, Coach K! He said my brother was the little league coach at one school and he lived in the other district but his folks allowed him to go to my brother's camp, because he said, my brother was a great coach and very respectful of teaching the boys all the basics of the game of baseball. Boy would my dad be proud of that!

This tea is wonderful. It has the best aroma and it brews a delicious cup of tea. It would sure look good in that Mary Poppins Tea for One don't you agree?

Even if you are a coffee drinker, you know I still love you. I take collagen from Plexus and it is really better to stir it into a cup of coffee. Sandie at Chatty Chrone said if you add a pinch of baking soda it takes the edge off the caffeine that causes your tummy to get upset. She was so right! Thank you Sandie!

This was really written beautifully. At least I thought so. Some of you expressed liking the idea of a tea cup/mug exchange. I wish I had the tech skills to do it. It was great fun! I remember one of the last ones I participated in with Stephanie at the Enchanting Rose. She had over 200 people join the fun! W O W !

I had posted the lyrics to the old song "Muskrat Love" by the Captain and Tennille. Comments from  some said they had that song stuck in their head. Well....this one is stuck in mine!

This girl was having a happy day then suddenly she got very upset. Papa Roger put her in the car and asked me to ride in back with her. We drove and drove and drove. She cried so I played "Baby Shark" several times . It had the video attached and she watched that video smiling like a little pro techie! This girl has some serious coordination skills! SH finally did this:

My friend Dr. T lives on a farm not far from me, maybe twenty minutes away. Poor Cisco, he has given up trying to eat in peace because the goat is annoying him! Michael is my game buddy. We play the Charger game whenever we see each other and the Memory Game too. This kid has an amazing memory!

March 2021, God willing, we will add a new baby girl into our ever growing phamily. To say we are excited is an understatement. Andrew and Tarrah are parents to 4 boys! These boys have been asking for a sister . She will be loved. Tarrah said their phamily will be complete when little girl arrives.

This Shea Avery Marie is a Daddy's Girl. She will squawk like a chicky  and the second she hears her daddy's voice, this is what you get! S M I L E S !  She is a tiny Prima Dona, a little diva, she has a wardrobe that rivals princesses! She will have a cousin to grow up with . We are all so happy. 

This weekend was wonderful, we did lots of good things in our garage getting ready for the new freezer and also a new washer. We celebrated Jayden turning 9 and we learned the good news about baby girl coming in March 2021. I hope you had a wonderful weekend too.
