Parsley asked us to post a photo of ourselves on our blog. So Parsley, friend, this is for you! It is a chance for me to show off this precious baby boy we have in our phamily. Our grandson Andrew and Tarrah came over Saturday evening and we all had a wonderful time entertaining Jayden Alexander. He turned five weeks old on Monday the 17th. He is such a sweet boy. I have a photo of him with his eyes wide opened.I just need to get it posted here too.
So this is just a hello to everyone here and a shout out to Parsley for her friendship and kind heart. Visit her soon.
"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it." Proverbs 22:6
This verse hangs on Nick's wall and has since he was a small tyke. Please remember Nick and his cross country team mates in your prayers. They will run in the regional race tomorrow.
Goodnight to all!
"Tell your heart that the fear of suffering is worse than the suffering itself. And that no heart has ever suffered when it goes in search of its dreams." Paula Coehlo

If the miles behind me could be put into words before you…
you would feel my efforts, my struggles, my desires,
most of all you would see my joy…
Watch me from afar run the trails and hills
and miles upon miles and you will see…
- a runner
