Some say Autumn, others Fall! Whatever you wish to call it, the cooler weather is in the air. It is crisp and the leaves are getting ready to crunch when they hit the ground!
A run is a good thing because you can hit the open road and enjoy the scenery while you stay healthy! Look at the blue sky!
You can run to exotic places but the sky will usually still be very blue!
A quiet lane to run or even walk on! That sky is pale!
Stretch before you run or walk! A nice park bench will help keep your balance and the blue sky will be your guide to a relaxing experience!

I hope you see some blue pumpkins on your outing today! Now run or walk over to Sally's and check out all the blues.

    I wish I could run but my knees don't like it-- I do do fast walking, though, and enjoy that!

    Blue pumpkins...now I think I've seen everything!
    I would love to run and always look admiringly when a fit runner passes me...not the gasping, staggering kind that is all too familiar (I speak of myself of course)
    Fabulous blue sky. It just lifts the soul doesn't it?

    That takes me back to my heyday, when I did run effortlessly sightseeing in New England. I would love to be able to run on the Great Wall of China, that would be like the video game my children play, on Crash Bandicoot Warped. Would the blue pumpkins turn us blue after we ate them?

    I am a walker but not so much a runner. Your pictures look like you run in beautiful places! I've never seen blue pumpkins! Did you know that recent studies have found that you should stretch after exercising but not before?
