Love is.../Blue Monday

We had a beautiful church service today and each time I attend church I find so much peace and feel so safe and secure close to Our Savior. This Love is...will always be a personal favorite of mine. Without God, life can be hopeless and filled with despair. If you don't believe me take a look around our world today.
I thought Sally and the Blue Crew would like these Scripture verses I shared highlighted in blue. Today was a blue day for lots of football fans, at least the teams that lost and are  finished for one more season.
Me, I was thinking about baseball and with the beautiful Spring like weather we had today I know there is hope that Spring is not too far in the distance.

Visit all those wonderful folks who share Blue Monday with each one of us and have a terrific week.

  3. Hi Anne,

I love the verses you've displayed; in fact, I love to sing "The Lord is my light . . ." I'm sure you've heard that chorus too.

    Happy Blue Monday!

  9. I love your verses. I particularly like the one by Roger Hornsby. I can't wait for Spring.

I enjoy the baseball season because one of my grandsons and a great grandson both are very good baseball players. I enjoy going to their games.

We are getting prepared for the two storms that are headed this way. You stay warm and have a great day. Hugs, Edna B.

  10. My family is a baseball family. We lived at the ball field from the time my baby boy was 2 until he was 22. He played college baseball. We only saw him play probably 8 times in all four years but we love it. Yelp! I'm ready for some baseball. I love the Love is stuff too! I'm a real child of the 70's. Had these posters on my wall.

We have not had any bad weather this winter so far and I don't think we will. It's been terrible cold.no snow like last winter
Spring still seems far off to me.
Last year I couldn't plant any flowers till almost June
