Love is.../Blue Monday

This is my honey when he is cooking. He is quite messy but he is an excellent cook. Today he made a huge pot of red chili so we can have something good to eat.
With all the cold wintry weather we have had I thought I'd share a pretty beach. Look how blue that water is and the warm sand....I love the sentiment here too. I am hoping we will get some sunshine after this last round of snow. It is suppose to last until Wednesday.

Stop by Sally's  and visit some blues today.

  1. It's ok Anne - I've sent our summer on it's merry way to you and yours.I'm sad to see her go from Melbourne but she does deserve to be shared around the world. I think you deserve some sunshine!
send us some of your red chilli, we will be needing a warming dinner so enough!

  2. Hi Anne,

Even though it will go up to 80, I'm planning on making chili tomorrow!

You wouldn't have to worry about melting as the future dress will be made from fabric. Thanks for making Blue Monday special.

    Happy Blue Monday!

  13. Good morning Anne, I always love to hear from you. Here in the mountains the ski resorts rely on making snow. We do live in the South. winter is not so bad here most winters. Much warmer here now and the snow is gone. It will be 50's and 60's for 10 days but still in the 30's at night. Spring is on it's way.We too do not ski for the same reason. We miss it though.

Love your beach pic. It reminds me of growing up in Miami, FL. We spent our life on the beaches. Now we are content to live in the mountains where we have seasons.

    Have a wonderful week.
    xo, Jeanne
