Feline Friday Mister Kitty is very nosy. He escaped out the door when the hubby was warming the Jeep. . Boy did he make a beeline back into the house. It was 30ish outside. He lives and he learns. But this female cat has been hanging around. Nick shot her with a water spray bottle as she was creating a loud scene! This was at 2 A.M. Poor kitty, no one who cares for her. Ack........
Happy people have happy kitties.

My answers:
1. I wish I Had been alive during Annie Oakley's day. She will always be my childhood hero because she had grit and determination. She was very pretty too.
2. My favorite way to have apples is sliced thin and sometime dipped in caramel dip. My mom use to bake them and I Loved the cinnamon dots she would add. Hmm....a good memory.
3. I was sad to find out that 911 happened. I was also saddened to read so many books by widows and learn more truth than I wanted to.
4. Kindness isn't rocket science.
Please visit Pink Saturday. My friend Barb sent me some of this delicious tea. It is appropriate for Pink Saturday don't you agree?
I am always happy when I have my favorite teas.
I chuckled about the cat going out and right back in. Smart kitty. Poor kitty that no one cares for. Sad.
ReplyDeleteI love all your fill-ins as always.
Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.
Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend, Anne. Big hugs. ♥
Poor kitty, and y'all were mean to her. Good answers!
ReplyDeletePoor kitty .... brrr! Years ago I knew a lady in our Red Hatters club who was a big fan of Annie Oakley and published a book about another female 'gunslinger.'
ReplyDeleteMonica, in fact, was the one who first told me about blogging and encouraged me to start!
We've lost touch, but here's her blog name: Changes In The Wind (monitor.blogspot.com). She has her book, Buckskin Bessie, on her sidebar.
HUGS!
Sorry! That should be monirae.blogspot
ReplyDeleteI feel bad for that kitty, I wish I could take her. Is there a way to trap her and get her to a no kill shelter? Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I love apples with cinnamon too. Have a nice weekend. XO
ReplyDeleteawww poor little kitty...couldn't come in?
ReplyDeleteI feel bad for that kitty too. I do hope someone is feeding her and providing her with a safe place to sleep and be out of the weather. You have a super day, hugs, Edna B.
ReplyDeleteStray cats and dogs always make me sad. I used to take them in but where I live right now I am only allowed one cat. Maybe that's a good thing--LOL!
ReplyDeleteI had one of those cheap Annie Oakly costumes when I was little. She was quite popular in the 50s. Only lady cowboy we knew about. ;)
We don't see many strays around here. A old pit bull but he just stands and stares, makes no sound. He lives up the street. Someone on the block calls the dog catcher, very sad. My daughter up the street has no pets and their neighbor across the street has a pup. He ran into my daughters house one day so my SIL kept him til the people came back from searching for him and got him safely home. We have a female (spayed) and male (neutered) cat so we can't let any inside. I think it is sad when people let them run outdoors. They can develop feline leukemia and that is a horrible disease . We have fed strays before but at 2 A.M. people just want to be asleep and I don't want the police at my door. People should not have pets if they can not properly care for them. I am sure that female cat went somewhere to have her babies. Hopefully to her home. My friend lives on a farm and people dump hundreds of cats at their property. Its truly sad. If she comes back I will call my friend who saves cats. She has the humane traps but she caught a raccoon once and he was madder than a hornet!!!
ReplyDeleteHappy people know cat hair is a fashion statement and a condiment.
ReplyDeleteGreat fill in answers.
