A perfect Thankful Thursday breakfast. I like the plate and tea cup and saucer and the egg in the cup reminds me of my mom. She could make any type of egg to perfection. I sure miss her, even after all these years have gone by since she left this earth.
I am not sure Mister Kitty or Daphne would be up for a tea party but this fine fellow seems to be enjoying it.

My place settings have never looked this pretty, but this. THIS has prompted me to dig out my childhood egg cup and experiment. Pretty sure the dogs will be more than happy to eat the mistakes!
ReplyDeleteWhen the children were younger, we would get foster kittens that were just a bit on the feral side to socialize so they could be adopted. My girls would put them in doll clothes and play tea party with them, and that generally did it. After that, a kitten has nothing else to be afraid of!
