It is Monday and some of us feel like this bear. He is getting ready to hibernate. I purchased postcards when I could not find them in my local stores. Hooray for the stores that finally restocked. This fellow and many other animal postcards were lovely but not the kind of quality I am use to. So I am sharing him here as a tribute to 2020. Check out his claws. Visit Aw...Mondays and say hello.
I have a relative, my cousin Cec who rehabs these critters along with many others. She and her hubby live near our hometown in Southern Colorado. She has a heart like an animal because these creatures great and small love her. It is something to see, at least my big brother told me the story. I admire her love of wild animals.Since we've been decorating and took a break to cook, I am in the spirit of the season. So is Love is...they never can make me not feel pure happiness. Hope you enjoy it.
Sleep well, take your vitamins and get plenty of rest. The new week is upon us. Happy Monday all.
I have heard the quote that you can tell how kind a person is by how they treat animals. NO ONE sells postcards anymore! I have to get them on Amazon. That's kind of sad.
ReplyDeleteThat's a gorgeous bear! And it just goes to prove that animals have feelings and emotions just like we do. Your cousin must be super wonderful to love the animals like that. God Bless her. You have a wonderful day, hugs, Edna B.
ReplyDeleteThat is one cute bear! :)
ReplyDeleteI remember me looking like that each Monday morning when I was working. Once you got the day on a roll it was okay, be getting started was tough.
ReplyDeleteYou can tell the temperament of a person by how they treat animals and waitstaff.
Thank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Awww Monday and week. Love and hugs. ♥
I feel like that bear too and hooray for the critter caretaker!
ReplyDeleteI think the bear needs a long snooze! Amazing clas too! Pedicure maybe? Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteI think there's a special place in Heaven for animal advocates like Cee. Do you know Terri (at Your Friend From Florida)? This morning's post is all about their weekend with son and DIL who operate a non-profit rescue (New Paths Sanctuary) in Georgia.
ReplyDeleteSad about the postcards. More so, the fact I never noticed.
I feel like that bear today--LOL! ;)
ReplyDeleteYour cousin sounds like an amazing person to rehab wild animals. XO
ReplyDeleteHope you are having a fun week!
