Aw...Mondays I am guessing the reason that I can not get much done in the early morning hours is due to the fact that the pups and their role model Leo stand by the fence and have a bark a thon. Now I go out there with a spray water bottle and a snarky face! They know I mean business! So barking is a big deal at this house! This is us after a long weekend of hard work and checking off those projects we finished. We have tired arms from repainted the front deck. Our goal is to get a concrete porch and prayerfully praying for that to happen in the next year. God Willing ~
I hate to be woken up by barking dogs. And once one starts, all the others on the block will bark as well.
ReplyDeleteWe are not allowed out in the yard early in the morning because we might start to howl. At our house bedtime is pretty early, so there isn't any issue with late night barking/howling. If it does happen on occasion, Mom doesn't feel bad because the people set off fireworks for weeks at a time in the summer and keep us awake. Hope you get your concrete porch. Paws crossed.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a beautiful day, friend. Thank you for the smiles.
ReplyDeleteYour car is gone. Bwahahahahahaha. You're tickling my funny bone this morning.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Awww Monday and week, Anne. Love and hugs. ♥♥♥
I love that cartoon. I learned the hard way that one day there is no barking and I missed it. I'd love to see a photo of the snarky face! hahaha. You have a super day, hugs, Edna B.
ReplyDeleteThat is funny. :) Poor pup. XO
ReplyDeleteDoesn't it feel great to check-off these home improvement projects? Tom keeps reminding me, it all just increases our home's value.
ReplyDeleteBefore y'all start that concrete project PLEASE be careful and 'vet' every single company -- our patio project was a nightmare; came real close to having to take him to court before the job was finished.
Too funny, always listen to the dog!
ReplyDeletewell that's what the human deserves since they did not take you seriously.
ReplyDeleteExcellent Spark! Yes, sometimes the dogs just gotta have their say, and it can make us nuts.
ReplyDeleteMy post seems to have shrunk in readable size. hahaha but blogger and I have such a love hate relationship. Sigh.....
ReplyDeleteMy neighbor on the ext block had his home broken into while he was out. Then a kid with a new truck around the corner from him saw these guys on his doorbell cam but by the time he ran upstairs they stole his truck.
When our dogs bark we listen. I am guessing neither one of these guys have a dog.
A barking dog without a break is difficult to support !
