While visiting Diana she mentioned she had not done this in a long time so she knew many of the 'old' bloggers would remember this. So here we go:
1. Where do you like to vacation? Anywhere! I love the USA so it is always my first choice for travel. If I could have a vacation place in Florida in the winter and Maine in the Fall I would be so happy.
2. Do you have pets? Yes! A very obnoxious cat, Tiger a/k/a Mister Kitty. I have two female long haired chi's Lulu and her daughter Mollie. Rebekah and Zach have two brothers, also long haired chi's Loki and Thor. They need a role model so of course, that is Leo, who weighs in around 98 to 100 lbs. He is the keeper of the kids!
3. What is your favorite color? I love blues and greens. But I also love pink and purple in various shades. If talking wardrobe, I like neutrals like brown and black because they go with everything. Also gray and denim. I love clothes and comfy shoes.
4. How many are in your phamily? We have five kids, six grandkids and 10 great grands plus 1 great grand angel baby. .
5. What is your least favorite thing to do? I don't complain about working around the house but I am not a fan of having to unload the dishwasher and put all the dishes away.
6. What is your most favorite thing to do? I love to be with my phamily. I particularly love to spend quality time with my husband as he still works full time. I love tea parties so I enjoy those whether I have one person to share tea with or a housefull. I love to read and study my bible daily. I collect way too many things and even at my age, I doubt that will ever change.
7. If money were no object what would you like to do when you retire? I am retired, I was forced into it when I lost a job I thought I would retire from. But if I had the money I would love to travel with my husband. It is a dream I have had for a long time.
8. What is your favorite season? I love Fall best of all but I also love Springtime.
9. What book are you currently reading? an oldie baseball book about the life and death of Thurman Munson. If I get around to them, I will read the Father Tim series by Jan Karon which is actually called the Mitford series. Those books are wonderful and make me feel good. Also an old book called "The Clothesline".
10. What time do you go to bed, get up in the morning? I am usually in bed bfore 11 P.M. although some nights it is earlier, 9 or 10. If I go to bed early I wake up at 5 A.M. with my sweetheart. Otherwsie I sleep in until 7 A.M.
11. How long have you been blogging? November 1, 2022 will be 13 years as I started in 2009 . Thanks to my friend Barb who had a lovely blog called "Dog Mom Diva". I wish she would come back to blogging. In fact, several bloggers need to return. I miss so many of them who stopped blogging.

I hope you will join in this fun!It is fun and a real blessing in this journey my phamily is on. If you know us, you know our youngest son Nick, who turns 29 this August, was hospitalized with severe anemia. He has an amazing specialist, who already ruled out leukemia but if you can please pray. If you would, humor me here . Please know already how loved and appreciated each and everyone of you are.
Thanks Diana for this fun reminder, it is good to just sit back and enjoy in the times when we feel frustrated, sad, unhappy, or miserable. It is better then saying "Calgon , take me away!"
Thanks, Ann!!! My gosh- what a fun response to my questions. Ia m so sorry about your son and will keep him in my prayers. I lost your email somewhere along the way. Can you send it to me? Mine is dianakos1@gmail.com Thanks so much!!!!! xo xo xo Diana

ReplyDeleteWonderful question and answers. I'm not surprised by any of your answers either. We've been blogging together for a very long time. I'm happy about that.
ReplyDeletePrayers for all that need prayers.
Have a blessed day, my friend. Love and hugs. ♥
Those were all very interesting. Prayers to Nick from all of us.
ReplyDeleteI was coming to check your blog to see if there was any news on Nick! Thanks for posting and I am praying for him. Love reading your answers, many are the same as mine. I am going to do this on my blog, perhaps:) I love seeing old friends on my blog and yes SO many have stopped blogging and I miss them.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your day dear friend, HUGS!
I would love to see your pets!
ReplyDeleteI love these sorts of shares, Anne! Moreso, I love your way with words -- for instance, how Jesus 'saddled up next to me.' Ya, I still miss those bloggers who quietly and unexpectedly walked off stage; I wonder about them -- If they are physically well, are they happy, etc.?
ReplyDeleteStill praying for Nick!
We started blogging the same year, and i'm glad we've finally found each other to be blog buddies.
ReplyDeleteLots of prayers for Nick.
Nice to learn more about you. I am a leftie too. :) XO
ReplyDeleteDear Anne: That was fun reading about you! Also, thanks for visiting my blog and commenting, too.Love when you visit. Take care and have a wonderful rest of the week. Come by again! You are always welcome. Hugs. Susan
ReplyDeleteNice to know a little bit more about you. I've always been fascinated with left handed people. I know a few as well, and I know someone who is left handed but plays sports with his right hand, isn't that something? I'm so sorry to hear this about your son, and I just said a prayer for him.
ReplyDeleteThinking of you today with comfort and love.
