"S" is for silly

I have decided to use the "S" word silly for my Alphabe Thursday post!  Please thank Mrs. Matlock at her blog spot page Jenny Matlock.

I like to be silly. In this sad, sometime scary world we live in, you have to smile and sometime simply be silly!

I have some super, sunny, sometime silly and sometimes so far out in my silly world.

Check these out:

Question: Do you know what a honeymoon salad is?
Answer: Lettuce alone!

Question: Do you know why the blonde stared at the orange juice can?
Answer: So she could concentrate!

Question: What do you call a female moth?
Answer: A Myth!

Question: What do you call an American drawing?

Answer: A Yankee Doodle!

  2. There are adorable Anne. I thought to myself that I would have to share them with my students tomorrow...but then I realized that tomorrow we have our moving up ceremony in the chapel and then the children leave. I feel sad thinking that my little charges will no longer be mine tomorrow....sigh

  14. You are number 1 this week! Hooray for you. I'm so sorry to hear about Tink. Your link took me there first ... such a sad thing for you all.

Anne, I changed your link so that it came directly to this post. It makes it easier when folks visit later int he week. To do that simply click on the title of your post (S is for Silly) and then copy that URL into the linky's second rectangle. If you have any ???'s about this or need help next week let me know!

In the meantime...I really enjoyed this silly and happy start to our week of Alphabe-Thursday's Letter "S"!

    It really made me smile!

    A+

  19. I think once we lose the ability (or desire) to be silly, that's when we start aging. This was great.
