When our children were young they loved for us to buy Welchs sparkling juice to serve on New Years Eve! We served it up in Princess House hand blown champagne stems!
It is such a lovely memory and one we still treasure although everyone except the two youngest can legally drink some bubbly. We are not much into drinking and still enjoy the sparkling juice along with Martinelli's sparkling apple cider. So I wish you a Happy and Healthy New Year in 2011. I enjoy blogging so very much and enjoy knowing so many of you personally. I am always grateful to see new faces come over and join me and I treasure each one of you.
I hope you will stop by Beverly's and thank her for her on going support of Pink Saturday and working so tirelessly for each of us to keep this going. Wish her a Happy New Year too. Then visit some pinkies. I am making a commitment to myself in 2011 to visit more pinkies and I plan to honor our late sweet friend CJ who visited each and every participate during her Pink Saturday days.
Please visit Sherry and join her giggly fun blog with lots of love and family and wonderful recipes. Sherry is always up to fun so check her blog out today.
I hope the New Year is filled with many blessings for you and your family. Please join me in wishing Jenny and Charlotte and Ginger a Happy New Year! I am posting with Pink Saturday, Spiritual Sunday and Jenny Matlock. Blessings to all!

Oh what fun we have had here today. I can't believe it snowed in Phoenix. Unbelievable. Some days you never know what to expect with the weather, but SNOW? Who would have thought?
I have had such a wonderful year blogging with you sweet one. We have shared so many wonderful things together. I can't tell you the times you have picked me up, just when I needed it. Shared with me, just when I needed it, and even said prayers for me, just when I needed them most. Thank you my precious friend. I can't wait to see 2011.
Many hugs and SO much love, Sherry

ReplyDeleteHi Anne, I want to give you a little tutorial on linking. I am quite late visiting with the holidays and I fear that no-one could get to your link from A-T.
ReplyDeleteAfter you write your post, hit publish.
Then, click on the title of the post.
Up in the white bar at the far top of the screen it will display something like this:
http://annesphamily.blogspot.com/2010/12/happy-pink-new-year.html
This is actually the link to this post.
Copy that link.
When you go to link put your title in the top rectangle.
And paste this URL into the bottom rectangle.
For some reason the URL you are typing in takes everyone to a weird survey site.
If you have any questions with this, please let me know.
I hope this helps.
And now, I am going to read your post!
Such a beautiful post, Anne.
ReplyDeleteI've not tried sparking cider but I did have a mixed drink on New Years Eve. It was lemonade mixed with cranberry juice and very, very tasty.
Thank you for being the special lady that you are.
And thank you for linking.
It is always a joy to visit you.
words to inspire and encourage for the new year!
