Love is...

This is Sweets and I. Not a huge amount of snow for the New Year but enough frigid temps to keep you safely inside. I pray for all those who have no home,no where to go. I just heard a news report that in Denver all the shelters are booked to capacity. Let's all pray that everyone can come in from the cold and stay safe and warm.
I hope each one of you are enjoying the New Year and settling in from the Christmas holidays. Let's all join together in this new year and pray for the homeless, the unloved and the millions of displaced Americans.
I hope you will come to join us in this new year with Love is...it is such a sweet and simple reminder that love is the ultimate gift.
Marydon at http://blushingrosetoo.blogspot.com/ and Sherry and I wish you all much love in this new year 2011.

  2. Wonderful post…
It may be nearly difficult to speak about how many homeless we may have met who might have been, in fact, angels… How many may have we encountered who have truly been “angels ”or “messengers” of the Lord, either knowing or unknowing?
May the New Year 2011 hold great things for all of us in Christ ...
    Blessings,
    Virginia

  4. I appreciated the reminder since my poor younger brother who is now deceased way to young was homeless through many years of his adult life. They especially need our prayers.

  7. As it has been colder than usual in our area, I have been thinking how blessed we are to have a warm house to live in and feeling sorry for all those who do not. I'm joining you in praying for those less fortunate.
Blessings for a Happy New Year.
