PINK SATURDAY: I LOVE BUNNIES

I need some pink bunnies! Oh the one you see here is a delight! I bought this sweetheart with her tiny friend at the thrift store for two dollars! She is in prime condition but I am searching for more. You see, these very bad pets, who live here, try to dismantle everything! They have taken to eating the mail which drops through a slot on the door and deposits onto the living room floor. I warned them it was a federal offense to open other peoples mail so since I set a small table under the mail slot the problem seems to have been resolved! But they have been known to take a doll from her stand and shake her until her hair is a mess and her shoes are chewed! I have warned them that if an ill fated accident happens to Mrs. Bunnyworth and her friend there will be dire consequences!
I hope you will follow  Beverly's Pink Saturday and come join us for the fun. Check out the new Pinkies too. There are so many I get dizzy trying to catch everyone. But I hope you have a perfectly pink Saturday and please say a few prayers for Nick. He runs the one and two mile race today and we will be spending the majority of our day at the track field a few minutes from our house. Blessings to everyone.

  1. Very sweet momma and baby bunny--hope you have them setting high enough from the pets!

  2. Love the bun-bun. What a cute share ... I can just picture this. How are things going your way, sweetie.

Harold is doing just beautifully. Can already walk 2 miles on treadmill without pain ... I am thrilled.

Sorry I am remiss, but all this construction going on is a mess, moving stuff, smell, dirt, etc. I swear Ann, this is my LAST project, chuckle! We just got the carpeting up ... now for the hardware floors going in from scratch, not the pre-made stuff ... so there will be DUST everywhere ... the master bath came out beautifully.

    Happy April PS ~

  4. Your post was so cute and maybe you could screw a basket to the door under the slot if the mail gets delivered while you're away from home. Cute bunny and wishing Nick good luck on his run.

  6. I hope the pets responded like good citizens when you read them the riot act!

I hope Nick ran like the wind and was happy with his performance today!

  7. Dogs and mail just go together. Is it like in school? Can you tell the bill collectors your dog ate the mail? LOL
I love bunnies, too and yours is so fun. I have to put things up high or my guys will have them down and chewed up, too. They aren't as bad as they used to be, but you can never trust them completely- cuz they just wait for me to turn my back.
Have a great weekend and happy PS!

  8. I like bunnies too. I constantly find myself making little stuffed bunnies. When I think about making toys or softies it's usually a bunny I'm thinking about.
Your pet eating the mail cracked me up. Apparently they don't care much about federal regulations! Ha, Ha!
