F IS FOR FUDD, ELMER

Elmer Fudd is a fictional cartoon character. He is one of the original Warner Brothers Looney Tunes. As a kid  I loved the Bugs Bunny Show and all his friends andof course, his archenemey Elmer Fudd. Elmer has one goal and that is to hunt Bugs! But he has an unusual speech pattern and replaces his Rs and Ls with Ws. His signature catch phrase is "Be vewy, vewy quiet, I'm hunting wabbits."
One of the best known Elmer Fudd cartoon is "What's Opera Doc?" It is the one time that Fudd bests Bugs. Elmer and Bugs were enemies but when teaming with Daffy Duck the three of them could send you into unstoppable laughter.
I miss those fun old fashioned days when cartoons were clean and fun was simply fun! I hope you will visit Jenny and join the Alphabe Thursday fun.

  2. I am with you on that! I miss the days of clean cartoons, clean movies, clean programs and even clean advertisements. Too bad we can't go back to those days once again.

  3. Now I am going to have to run over to Netflix and see if any of these old cartoons are available. That would be such fun. My son (age 5) would love the classical music that underscored the action!

  10. My grands still watch Looney Tunes on Cartoon network. I love how they laugh at the slapstick. Blogger really messed me up with the cancelling of my blog so I wasn't able to comment on yours. I think I have it worked out now.
