    Open-Face roast beef sandwiches sound WONDERFUL.
    One must be creative to feed a large family in this economy.

    This is one of my favorite meals...the hot roast beef sandwich. yummy.

    So sweet. We had a roast beef dinner today, too. My daughter's boyfriend brought his brother and they enjoyed a home cooked meal. We had lots of laughing at our table and it was such fun. The little love is brought back a lot of memories. I bought dozens of cards when my RB and I were dating -- almost 40 years ago!

    What a fabulous time you are going to hae, sweetie. Save a bite for me!!! What's for dessert?! Hope Nick is doing better.

    Surgery got postponed for a couple weeks. I have to go to a special surgical center about 65 miles from here because of all my medical issues. Real downer as I so looked forward to Weds.
