Pink Cottages,Houses and Love is...

This house reminds me of "The Little House On The Prairie" which was a wonderful T.V. show years ago! Sigh! No such luck finding this type of entertainment today!
A darling cottage house painted white with pink trim!  This house is on Main Street in Lamar, Colorado. I would live here. Quaint. Would you?
This pink house looks refreshed in the snow! The heat wave since the Spring has been difficult for us. Now we are in Kansas and boy oh boy is it hot here! Sizzling! Don't you just love this sweet porch? A long visit with a friend and cold glass of ice tea or lemonade. Preferably pink ok?

A simple life house! I love the way is stands so cheerfully proud of being pink!
Even the sky seems to have a tinge of pinkness behind this lovely home. I wonder how it is decorated inside? Hmmm....

Even in San Antonio, Texas they are proud of their pink homes!
Behind every great woman is a man who will paint the house pink for her! This one is very inviting. I like the detail on the garage door and those bright white shutters and trim.
I think the lighthouse is really painted white or yellow but doesn't the pink sky and setting sun accent the pink all around it?

Did you know there is a site where you can buy a star for your loved one? Hmmm....I wonder what God's opinion is of such silliness. I am pretty sure no one owns the stars! You can't copyright creation! Please join Marydon and Sherry for our weekly Love is....
Join Beverly and all of the pinkies soon at Pink Saturday. Lets give Beverly a hand for being such a good and gracious hostess.

  6. Good morning Anne, I am wondering if you are in Kansas. Smile. Love your pink houses. My neighbor in FL. had a pink house. It was the talk of the neighborhood of beige, white and yellow. Smile.
    Happy and safe travels.

  14. Pink is an unusual colour for a home here in Ontario...unless you consider bricks to be pink. Most homes here are built of bricks.
