Ten Things of Thankful Happy Independence Day

Thanks to Mimi for sharing Ten Things of Thankful and Kristi and friends. Everyday I  prefer thankful and grateful over negativity.

1. Thankful for children who help out. Today Rebekah and Zach cooked a marvelous holiday meal for us. She made my friend Sharon's Favorite Trifle. He made ribs and steak and we had a glorious time.
I will ask them if they took pictures of the wonderful food including mashed potatoes and corn on the cob grilled. I was excited to snap this photo so I did not take off the plastic wrap.

2. Thankful for everyday chores that help me keep my goal 's simple.

3. Thankful for phamily and spending time with them this weekend, well, most of them.

4. Thankful for 6 tomato plants especially the Marzano one already giving us fresh tomatoes.

5. Thankful for the ceiling fan for our bedroom.

6. Thankful for a yard with green grass,

7. Thankful for good neighbors.

8. Thankful for watermelon. We love our watermelon.

9. Thankful for having freedom. For now.

10. Thankful for faith, pulling me along day by day.

Snoopy and Woodstock are looking very patriotic.
I've been a 2 lately. :-)
Sorry for the language but this is true. As a child watching the Road Runner, I knew this was a cartoon. It was not fun as a kid not to get caught up in the nonsense of the world. Boy has our world fallen into the abyss!
Oh Kermit! I think you  need a calendar!
