Feline Friday and Friendly Fill Ins Plus Pink Saturday

I get too serious some days so here is silliness and humor feline style. Visit Feline Friday
Mister Kitty does this, you better not look at him either. He is busy sleeping most of the day away so he can annoy me at night.
Talk about a couple of twins. HaHaHa! Enjoy a fabulous fun weekend.
1. When this pandemic is over, I _____________.
2. I have zero interest in ____________________.
3. I always look forward to ___________________.
4. ___________is the bane of my existence.

Thank both Ellen and Lorianne for sharing their thoughts with these questions. It is fun to answer them and fun to read other participates answers.

My answers:

1. When this pandemic is over, I will thank GOD for getting us through it. I am hopeful people will come to their senses and stop the hate and violence which is rampart today.

2. I have zero interest in militant and radical movements pretending to help certain classes of people.I will continue to trust GOD as He has never let me know.

3. I always look forward to seeing my loved ones. We are celebrating my hubby and his sisters birthdays with a brunch next weekend. It is fun to see eveyrone and gather together to enjoy good food and conversation.

4. Technology is the bane of my existence. People are so dependent on computers and phones that someday we will lose our power grid and life will be hard for those dependent on it. I grew up doing this the old fashioned way, when folks knew how to actually write not print their own name and had to depend on their brain to figure lots of things out.
Pinterest had some pretty pink packages. Do you prefer to wrap gifts or put them in a colorful bag with tissue paper? Stop by Pink Saturday
We are having a birthday brunch for Lucy and my hubby Avery.  These siblings have birthdays three days apart. Lucy loves purple and lavender so I plan to get some pretty paper to wrap her gifts. As soon as hubby gets his 8 foot tall windmill completely assembled and set up I will snap a photo. He also got a beautiful windmill canvas from me.

Feline Friday Friendly Fill Ins Pink Saturday

RaeAnne Thayne is an author I follow at social media. I have won a giveaway from her previously and she is one of the nicest people. So sweet. She posted this at her social media site today. Y U M ! Do you like S'Mores? I usually like the traditional ones althought some of these sound really good.  You can even purchase an indoor S'Mores pan and have these anytime you wish. Is there anyone who does not like chocolate?  Our  grand girl Addy is not fond of chocolate cake or ice cream. Our niece Ari is allergic to chocolate and blueberries. Her daddy has the same allergies.  Some fun S' Mores especially if you need something to lift your spirits.
My Jesus loving friend Ranada from Oklahoma shared this with me.

This little darling is a perfect pink princess.  She came into our phamily after a long sadness. Her brother Alastor was taken too soon to his heavenly home. But I believe  he helped God pick this sweet girl to ease some of the pain. Look at her smile. She knows she is a gift from God.  Please come visit Pink Saturday.
Prayers are answered, in God's own time.
Have a wonderful weekend.

Feline Friday is fun! This pinterest find made me smile. Some cats and dogs just can not get along.
This cat does not have the green eyes Rose had but sure reminded me of her for a moment. Rose was a talker. She had a very " serious attitude meow", But I think if she could talk, she would have chosen not to!
Pretty pink frosted cake. I Love a white cake with cream filling and fresh strawberries but this is decorated so beautifully. Cakes are courtesy of google images :-)
My kids loved the funfetti sprinkles when they were small. I made dozens of cupcakes with the funfetti kits. This is a sweet little cake too. Stop by Pink Saturday and share a favorite pink.

Feline Friday Friendly Fill-Ins Pink Saturday and More

Feline Friday is such a fun blog hop. Here is the Calico Girl Miss Daphne. She loves her person Zach but she is skittish around the rest of us. She was abandoned as a newborn and dumped in a 12 pack of beer box with her siblings. My son-in-law's sister cared for them and Zach adopted this girl and she loves him so much. I talk with her each day and she has warmed up a bit to let me gently pet her. She is a tiny girl and she won't pose so I won't upset her. She sure is a delightful girl though.  Visit Sandee and share some favorite felines too.

Each Thursday Ellen of 15andmeowing and Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs, provide Friendly Fill-in questions.
Ellen came up with the first two questions and Lorianne came up with the last two questions.
If you need help, please let either Ellen or Lorianne know.
Here are this weeks questions:
1. I just finished _______________________.
2. I am hoping to start ____________________.
3. ___________________ is my idea of success.
4. When I can’t sleep, I ___________________.
Here are my answers:
1, I Just finished all the laundry.
2. I am hoping to start walking more often. I don't like doing it alone. Our daughter ran into a pit bull on the loose and he was pretty fierce. I just feel badly for the dog. He isn't at fault, his owner is.
3.    Being a kind person is my idea of success.
4. When I can't sleep, I pray and drink Sleepy Tea.
Visit Pink Saturday Beverly has hosted this blog hop for a good many years.
Here are a few meanings of pink flowers
1. A  pink carnation says I'll never forget you.
2. Pink Camillias mean  I've missed you.
3. Delicate pink orchids embody a women's femininity.
4. Pink roses are about love, admiration, sweetness and adoration.
This was a good find at google. There were more but I have more to post, so I selected a few to share.  I do know when a woman wears a corsage she can choose a color when her mom is alive and you wear white when your mom has passed away. I do all the mom's out there have a great Mother's Day. Our daughter in New York is mom to Franklin and Lily the canine's right now. Rebekah is mom to Thor and Loki and Finn.  Noelle is mom to humans: Christal, Andrew and Colton. My daughter-in-law Brittany is mom to Addy, Brody and Blake. Here are Addy and boys:
This is a favorite photo of Jeremy with Addy at their wedding (Brittany & Jeremy) 2016. They were sharing a special moment. The two of them get along well and share a love of video games.
This child is a real corker! He is a character! A smart boy, he makes me laugh out loud and he tells it always just the way it is!
This baby recently found that he has a voice and he loves to use it! He always has a smile, even when suffering the pain of teething. He always wants to join the fun with his big sister and brother. He is a chill kind of kid.
Amen to this quote!
Today I want to remember my Uncle Louie. Born on this day 112 years ago he was an amazing man. He was high school educated and worked for the railroad for over 40 years. He became the patriarch of the phamily when he lost his dad and younger brother in a gold mining accident. He learned how to fly a plane, he had "lucky money" and he knew Colorado History like no other. I know he must be enjoying a heavenly chat today. He was such a bright person, it was always interesting to have a conversation with him.
He was good person. A kind heart and loved all the little ones.
His wedding day in October 1946 with Auntie Ang, Pastor Daniel Gnidica and My grandmother. Happy heavenly birthday uncle. He would not eat cake and auntie baked the best cakes for all occasions. He would request my mom to bake a cheesecake for him. He was quite a wonderful man.

Blog Friends Feline Friday Friendly Fill-Ins and Pink Saturday

I was catching up on my blogging when I stopped by Carla's blog Her sister has been sending her postcards while away from each other and sharing childhood memories. They had some great ones and what a sweet idea! Angela at wvtreasures.blogspot.com/ shared a favorite canning recipe and Caren atkittyandmedesigns.blogspot.com/ shared some of her creativeness. Years ago, when I first started to blog, I won the prettiest collage art wall hanging from Caren. I still have it and it hangs in our bedroom. The detail she used is perfection.

If you are a blogger you should visit these ladies. If you don't blog, it's a great time to get away from the constant chatter on what's going on in our country.
If you read the bible what is happening is laid out for you. So check out other people and their likes and see if you find someone to follow or learn something new. Also if anyone who does blog knows the whereabouts of Iggy at IntenseGuy.blogspot.com/Iggy. Barbara is a lifelong friend. She sent me the tea mug with infuser she bought in the UK and some yummy tea called Pink It Up! The shortbread is courtesy of my sweet friend Debbie . She is off the grid of all social media including her blog. She is a person who will pray at the drop of a hat along with many other prayer warriors that I see here and at their blogs like Marsha HarwoodMarsha and Pamela Cessna Kuhn. Linda . Friendships formed through life and also through blogging are the best.
This post is lengthy but I had a lot to say. Tired of the constant yammering about the virus. If you do not wish to go out, don't. If you do, so be it! I've said it before, the bible details everything going on in our world. So I do tire of the constant hysteria because there are folks who can not handle the pressure of it all. Not everyone has the ability like a duck out of water where the water beads up and slides away! So many people suffer with anxiety and other debilitating problems. Some people can slide through it all unfazed. Whichever category you fall into, be kind. Don't be mean. Do what works the very best for you.
Please stop by Feline Friday These three kittens are precious and they always catch our eye when they are so small and soft and cuddly.
Now, how about the fill-in statements for tomorrow's Friendly Fill-Ins challenge? Ellen of 15andmeowing is the mastermind behind the first two, and Lorianne came up with the second two.

2.) When I was _________, I was obsessed with _________.

3.) I feel thankful about my life. Roof over my head, relative good health, loved ones. Life is good.

4.) My lucky number is Three.

Visit Pink Saturday and share a favorite pink (or anything). Addy in pink with Duke Kaboom!
I like to keep my mind on the Lord. It helps me keep grounded. I Like these words, they are calming like the water lapping the rocks.
This chunky baby cracks me up! I like naps but lately I have been too busy to take one.
I am going to close at long last. Hoping you all have a beautiful weekend and you get to blogging!

Feline Friday Friendly Fill-Ins Pink Saturday and More

This big boy doesn't love me anymore. He covets the hubby's pj pants! Won't leave them. They have a real love/I don't like you  relationship. He sleeps there every single day. It's funny because they eyeball each other. I think because my hubby feds him in the morning and turned the faucet on in the bathroom so he can get a drink! He is terribly spoiled. Visit Feline Friday to share your favorite kind of feline.
Each Thursday Ellen of 15andmeowing and Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs, provide Friendly Fill-in questions.
Ellen came up with the first two questions and Lorianne came up with the last two questions.

4.) Wealth and privilege doesn't matter in the long run.
Maxine forgot to separate her laundry! She fits in to Pink Saturday perfectly.  So stop in for a visit today.
I always loved this verse. Mary Ash who founded the Mary Kay Cosmetic company lived by this and taught this in her classes of new consultants. She believed in Faith first and Family and to live by the Golden Rule, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. MaryKay would love Pink Saturday. Her company was all about "pink". You can visit Pink Saturday too from here.
Mary Kay raised her only child, her son Richard well. He took over the company when his mother passed away. One of the few companies that wasn't run into the ground by greed. I think Mary Kay would be quite proud of her son. He has taken the company global.

Did you get your stimulus check? Did you ever dream the IRS would be so friendly as to send you money. HaHaHa This 2020 is going to go into the Guiness World Book of Records.
Pink clouds are unusually beautiful. Reminding me of cotton candy and years ago working at the Snow cone and Cotton Candy booth at the school bazaar when our kids attended Assumption Catholic School. We were rookies at first and they gave us the hardest job. We sold so much and all the cash we pulled in was so sweet and sticky that every single hour the cashier came over and took  it. My hubby went to work with carpel tunnel hand from turning the cotton candy inside the machine. We made friends with bees too! They sure love the sticky stuff.  It is a sweet memory and that is no pun.
How about a google image of the pink super moon? I seem to miss all the good showings. So stop by Pink Saturday and share your pinks and say hello to some friends, old and new. Beverly has hosted this meme for a long, long time.
Good words in troubling times.
This is a great one! People still working in banks will tell you, people are wearing their masks inside. Our bank and credit union use their drive through but if you make an appointments most banks and credit unions will have appointments available inside.

Note to self: make sure Anne you have completed your post before you post it!
