 Thankful Thursday

I know I have been missing here. We are all well. We had a wonderful trip to Western New York to see our new grandson. I can't post his phots as Hannah & Jake are very private. But boy oh boy, is he a cutie pie. They live on a nice property so the quietness and the nature all around was so peaceful and relaxing. It was a quick trip and we were thankful to be able to travel there. They will come visit this summer and of course our new little grandson will be bigger and probably crawling around. He is a joyful child nd he has two of the best parents.

Our flight was uneventful except for a passenger two rows in front of us on the other side, had a seizure and his wife stood up screaming for help. A lady who was a doctor quickly came to their aid as well as two nurses on board.  The lady Darlene sitting next to me was a retired nurse. I think attendants should have some knowledge to be able to get help although I imagine if they were medical personnel they might not be working at the airlines. Avery & I prayed are were grateful he was doing ok once he got some juice and food.  Very thankful for those folks who helped. at one point someone was yelling get the pilot but I don't think he could have been much help!

The weather was cool and rainy but we had planned to stay at the house with the kids so we really enjoyed our selves. Noelle is heading there tomorrow. I wish I could stow away with her. Thankful we can all get together.

Our two grandsons here we able to spend time with us last weekend. Brody always picks grandpa as his team mate and Blake and I play basketball. Oh my goodness, we slept well that night and rested into the rest of our weekend. Busy boys. They start their baseball season next month. How did they grow so quickly? Time moves swiftly. I LOVE sports and especially baseball. My dad would be so proud of them. Blake is my little numbers guy as he already does division and knows multiplication. We are thankful he may be able to get into a Math class as he is way ahead of everyone in pre k and he loves his numbers! Brody may need his tonsils removed so prayers are always welcome.  Those boys and their big sister Addy are such a joy.

The boys were at baseball practice. Brody wanted a baseball bag for his birthday so we bought him one.  Blake's birthday is in the summertime so his mom and dad bought his.

THANKFUL!

Some days there are grumpy kitties and other times, who knows! This boy is happy to be at my side but he sure does not like me to share my attention elsewhere. He was mad I turned on the radio! Yeah, we are old school. Leo was the only sweetheart who would let me song to him. I was never sure if he liked my singing or he felt bad that I was simply looney. hahaha I sure miss that handsome boy.

 Thankful Thursday

Always thankful. Today was a thankful filled day. The day started off with Colton, Jacey and Shea stopping by. Although they lost their pup Atlas to a car accident the kids were sad and felt they needed a pup to fill their sadness. So when they went to pick up  puppy they ended up with two. Chester was delighted as he is the phamily elder. He is a yellow lab and he is a teddy bear. The first time we met him, he jumped up on our bed cozied up to Avery's pillow and when Avery said, Chester, what do you think your doing? Chester gave him a look that said, dude, I am comfy, I need a nap. Running around with Leo and those pups made me tired! So although Chester was unhappy, looking for his pal Atlas, he welcomed Applejack and her sister Trixie to the phamily. Seeing the little one happy (because her brother was at school) because of the puppies and seeing the relief of sadness slip away for a bit with Colton and Jacey. They have had enough sadness to last the entire world of people. They deserve a break and a ray of sunshine fell on them today.

Thankful that they stopped by this evening and although our Mollie, all three lbs. of her grumbles and growls, the other pups. including Leo wanted to get a peek at those pups!

Harrison was starving, I swear that child has a hole in his belly where food goes in and falls out into thin air! So since he claims I make the best PB&J ever I created one for him which he was devouring as they had to head out the door. Meanwhile Shea is chatting, brush my teeth, brush my teeth and I have to get the step stool and her new favorite toothbrush that is purple and has princesses on it. She gets so happy when I put her special kid toothpaste on her brush. It is blue and it sparkles. How can you not be thankful for that?

Although I did not get any photos as Shea needed a slice of toast and a slice of cheese please! I was thankful that they visit often and love around the block and they make life happier. 

Thankful that Hannah face timed and caught me up on what has been going on this week. I think she is going to have a baby with a headful of red hair like her daddy. Hannah has some awful heartburn! So thankful her her, for Jake, for Franklin and baby boy. 

I am thankful my little sweetheart Blake told me he was sad I missed his birthday dinner. He L O V E S school and today was picture day! Oh handsomest four year old boy in the whole land!

Brody who has a million dollar smile and the sweetest poses for his pics is such a little gem. He is a mini Jeremy and Nick all rolled together as he is a sports nuts and knows things that most five year old kids don't. He can carry on a conversation like an adult and makes me smile because he has a special friend, a girl, who attends a different school but they are the cutest together, like first love.   Plus he can tell you the latest on most any sport that he follows. Thankful for all these memories.

I learned from my mom, so thankful for her, that phamily is the best in this world. She always told me God gave me a good husband and healthy children and I should never complain. If heaven had a window I would peek inside and show her these grands and greats and see her smile. She was a love bug to her grands

Finally thankful I spent most of yesterday with my sister-in-law Cheri. We had lunch and five hours later, hahaha, left the restaurant. They were so nice to us. We sat in the bar area and it was not as busy as the main dining rooms so they kept refilling our water glasses and letting us laugh and chat. More memories and treasured loved ones.

Thankful that I can read and know these words help comfort me in trying times.

I am praying for Hawaii, all the loss of life, because no matter what

material things we have, somehow we are able to replace many of them.

Lives we can not replace. Thankful for all who are reaching out to help.

Jack Johnson a singer/songwriter is a Native. He held a concert in

his backyard in Oahu to benefit those in the fire. His music is always so

cheerful and makes people happy. His kindness is needed and for him I am

thankful.

Today I am very thankful that next week we are having a little getaway and that makes me happy. A few days to rest and relax and recharge. We are thankful for Nick's job that allows him and his parents to get some great deals on flying so it will also be helpful when Hannah and Jake get ready for the baby.

THANKFUL THURSDAY

 Thankful Thursday

Thankful to have lived so many years during the reign of Queen Elizabeth. I think she was a remarkable person. A strong, intelligent woman with many sorrows and yet she was first rate and always graceful. I think her place in history is unbelievably amazing. Rest well Queen, rest well.

Lots to be thankful for. My friend Monica who is part Scottish and part German is going to the Oktoberfest in Vail, Colorado this weekend. I told her she should try to attend the Scottish Fest too.

Lots going on this weekend in our state. My niece is having the church service for her husband John who passed away on August 29th Saturday. We may try to visit her at her home later in the day.

SANDEE I know you are winding down your birthday but I could not leave here without one more Maxine for you. I know she is your favorite! Happy Birthday my friend. 

 

HAPPY TUESDAY and WORDLESS WEDNESDAY FACES PLUS MORE

 A belated Happy Tuesday and a Wordless Wednesday.

As I was getting ready to heat my leftover SW Quiche and Ham and CoJack quiche, Colton text me. "Grandmother let's go to Denny's for the $6.99 all you can eat breakfast, cheesy eggs, hash brown and pancakes.  Away we went! Ariel was our server. She was a bright and cheerful young lady. Took excellent care of us. I love to give a shout out to all those who hit the pavement running each and every day and go to work at jobs that many times feel thankless.

I will never forget a friend, Tonya, telling us how when they traveled by RV and home schooled their four kids.  She and her husband made the kid stack all the dirty dishes at the restaurant table when they had a special treat and went out to breakfast, lunch or dinner. I remember a "horrified: person she knew ask her, why would you do such a thing? That's what "those" people get paid for! Yep, some of us are cool and do our part to help an overtired server get through the day. Then there are the complainers, the chronic crybabies! I think if people outside your home upset you so much, just cook at home and be happy. It sure would help the rest of us stay happy! That is not to say most of us have experienced bad service, cold food or just plain rudeness. Take it with a grain of salt and complain to the company. I just try to add some happiness to someone's day.

While waiting for Harry to use the restroom, I met the sweetest lady. She was waiting on her three grand girls using the ladies room. She said to me that she loved my dress, a la Minnie Mouse and the golden days of LuLaRoe when they sold Disney designs. I said I equally loved her Minnie leggings. We chatted for a few minutes. She told me she was in the military US Army) and her former spouse (USAF). I thanked her for her service and her former spouse too.  We chatted about LuLaRoe and then all four of the kids came out of the restrooms. Sometime you have a bond with a complete stranger and it makes me realize Anne Frank was right. She believed there was some good in all people.

I found a t shirt at etsy that I loved. So I ordered it and I had talked about it to Avery. So when it arrived, a few days before his birthday (July 23) he said it that t shirt for me? I said no, you didn't say you wanted one! So I got in touch with the gal and she shipped one out for him too.  Here is a picture of us wearing our new shirts:

You know I posted this photo twice.  I don't think it came through here the first time I tried. 

Pink Saturday

Snoopy always makes me smile. For our birthdays, my sister-in-law, is an early bird for my December birthday, gave us matching Snoopy t shirts. They are so cute. I will get a photo and post it soon. I started two similar posts so I just put them both up. It has been another wild and crazy week at our house.

Thankful Thursday

 I am thankful I can pray for others. Chelsea, who is a LuLaRoe consultant and mom of two girls is in the hospital. She has the flu. I hope you will pray for her. She is very blessed, besides a wonderful husband, her "Mamacita" is helping her with the girls.The little one has a neurological problem the doctors are trying to diagnose. The older girl is 6 and she is a world class gymnast. Their lives are very busy and this is hard on Chelsea being so sick. Thankful to pray for others and thankful to know this little sweet phamily.

I am thankful I had a carton of heavy whipping cream and I was making the whipped cream to use on my pudding, I was putting the whipped cream into a container when I blob fell on the floor. But it hit my foot and 4 puppies surrounded me to have a sweet feast! I was thankful there was no waste and they had a little treat. Thankful.

These three cuties, Thor, Lulu and Loki came to live with us on this date April 28, 2018. Four years later and they are still here, getting whipped cream and an occasional treat or two. They live a good life and we would never trade them for anything.  Thankful.

Jeremy and Brittany will celebrate their 6th wedding anniversary April 30, 2022. Brittany won the Circle of Excellence trip for 2022. Both she and Jeremy have won this trip previously, when Jeremy was employed at the company where Brittany stills works. They flew into San Diego this morning. and are enjoying a luxury trip. Jeremy is excited because they will get to tour the USS Midway and his love of history has made him very excited to do this. He facetimed us earlier tonight and you can be see the San Diego Padres baseball stadium from their hotel window. Thankful they work hard and are blessed to be on this trip during their anniversary week. Prayers for a safe trip home once they are finished with their trip later this weekend.

Thankful for all of you.  Colton is traveling to North Dakota for his job. They have been hit with yet another huge snow storm. Please pray for his safety. I watched the two little ones for him and Jacey Tuesday so the day got away from me. It was fun and I was thankful to have Harrison and Shea in our lives.

Please say some prayers for my friend Lynette and her mom Irene. Her mom took a nasty spill and broke her hip. Lynette has been taking care of everything from fighting with the insurance company for therapy and treatment. She is by herself currently so she is exhausted and needs a break plus rest . Lynette is my life long friend. I sent her mom a card and she sent me the sweetest thank you. I had given her a card with Scripture and she said it made her thankful and gave her some encouragement.  We live in different times where everything has to be controlled by others. Please pray that Irene gets the treatments she needs.

My cousin Mary was diagnosed with breast cancer and lung cancer. She and her husband Tom are exhausted from fighting with the insurance company over  treatments. Wouldn't they realize an Oncologist would be best suited to know what the patient needs? Unfortunately, the ego experience has been around too long and people making these life or death situation treatments for others have to control the situation. Having worked in the medical field for over 30 plus years I have seen this disregard for human life time and time again. This is how I know these politically powerful people don't care about any of us. If they did they would put the insurance companies in their place. But as long as they get what they want when they need it we are kicked to the curb.  

Thankful for my faith because in the end none of this will matter. God will win. He will reign supreme and this world will fade away. 

Meanwhile I can pray and hope you will do it as well. Thank you.

I am repeating myself at my blogs today but March 16th is the anniversary of the loss of my best feline friend Boots. He was a beautiful fellow from the day he was ours until he passed away and was a great feline loss for me. I am never going to get over him. He was my pal, he acted like a dog unless he did not want his photo taken. Bottom right photo. He was a stubborn gentleman cat. Classy, kind, friendly and a true friend. He would give Jeremy the business when Jeremy had this lower level bedroom. He would go to bed and his dresser was next to the light switch. Boots would lay in wait, hop on that dresser and somehow flip that light on. This would go on for ten minutes every night until Jeremy decided to shut his door. Boots was a character. I miss you today as much as I missed  when I had to say goodbye ten years ago. 

Rose would have had a birthday today March 16 , 2022 but she went over the Rainbow Bridge in 2019. We had a sad year that year. Too many beautiful fur babies left us. But Rose was first class. She adored Boots and she groomed him the day he passed away. She knew he was such a gentleman and he would have done the same thing for her. They were pals. She had been a tiny kitten when she joined us. Boots was an all knowing feline. They became fast friends. Everyone has a story, even these sweet felines. I like to think Boots and Rose are running free on the other side. Miss them so much.

Pam Brown must have had a cat like my Mister Kitty a/k/a Tiger, Mister Tomkins . He makes life most inconvenient but at night when he nestles into bed, he is most annoying positioning himself so I have to swing my feet across to Avery's side of the bed. He knows all about Boots and Rose because I remind him everyday.

Thankful that all these felines came into my life.

 Thankful Thursday So much to be be thankful for today. I have had my dad on my mind, as it is coming up on the 37th anniversary of his passing. He and I had many good conversations as I grew older. I remember him telling me not to get too comfortable with the ways of the world. He said, in the end the only thing that matters is God. So thankful for an earthly father who praised the Heavenly One.

"Our life is frittered away by detail. Simplify, simplify. Henry David Thoreau (1817-1862). US author, essayist, naturalist, poet and philosopher. He is best known for work "Walden" a reflect of simple living among natural surroundings. He is also known for his essay, "Civil Disobedience", an argument for disobedience to an unjust state. Thankful I studied this incredibly talented man in my school days.

Five years ago on March 2, 2016, the world of blogging and friendship lost one of the finest ladies I was honored to know: Sally DiStefano. This kind heart hosted "Blue Monday" and Sally will forever remain in my heart until I see her again in heaven. Her final post, was her witness to the love and appreciation of knowing her Savior Jesus Christ. She was bold in her faith, never pushy, just simply gentle and kind. I remembering reading all the wonderful comments about her at social media. One young lady, a mother herself, with her own young children said Sally taught her English class. At the time, this young lady had no desire to to learn all the nonsense Sally was teaching. But she set Sally's words inside her heart. She said she had the life she had today as a result of Sally's kindest as a teacher and reaching out to help even those who showed no interest. I am forever grateful, joyful, thankful and honored for having had the pleasure to know this fine lady here.

Although it is not Monday, this is my favorite Blue Monday I posted with Sally . This is "Lambie Pie", also known as Harrison James. We were at the Denver Zoo and it was a cold blue day but we had fun seeing all the animals and enjoying the company of several of the grands. Here is to you Sweet Sally, for all those Blue Monday's you faithfully posted even when you were ill and waiting for results at the hospital . If you did not know Sally.  1. Thankful for a busy Wedesday which lead me to get ready for Thursday.

2. Thankful Mister Kitty behaves himself and today would not allow the pups to come steal his dinner.

3. Thankful for the Atlanta Braves, thanks for winning one tonight. You needed another win.

4. Thankful for sunshine and cool breezes.

5. Thankful for my son Jeremy. He helped me get my new virus protection on my laptop.

6. Thankful for each of you who visit. You mean so much to me.

7. Thankful I can pray. So many in need of prayer.

8. Thankful to have a few friends who I can relate to seriously and also laugh our heads off too!

9. Thankful for my sweet friend Bea. She makes sure I am in the loop on the latest medical adventures of her big sister who is 94!

10. Thankful for a car mechanic who is honest, hard working and always looking out for their customers.

11. Thankful for Brians Home Blog because we all share what we love. A gracious couple caring for kitties otherwise tossed aside by society. LOVE these folks and their feline phamily.

Prayers for newborn Matilda Mae, cute as can be and a blessing to her phamily. My grandmother would say, God is always taking good onesout  and bringing  newborns into the world. He has a Master Plan. Oneday He may let us in on His plan. 

Prayers for my Sweet "M" with a recent cancer diagnosis. Prayers for comfort, healing and peace are being asked. This lady is super special to me and I care for her so very much. 

 Prayers for Tessa and her grandma. Together they will navigate this disastous healthcare situation. Tessa's grandma has a broken bone in her leg and the hospital can not help her until next week. Yes she is 94, so what is the issue?????????????? She was injured in a fall at Rehab, so paying to watch out for herself. Hmmmmm................... Grandma is Right As Rain also.

Prayers for Shannon getting ready for surgery and Larisa her daughter who will ultimately be her caregiver and helping hands. 

Prayers for the triplets, Nancy, Daisy and Charles ...getting ready to take the world by storm! Improving daily and kicking butt so they can go come with their siblings waiting patiently.

 I can never find a good photo of my lazy Mister Kitty. a/k/a Tiger. He is forever sleeping or eating. So I started searching for the top rescues out there. I figured there are many people who want to help homeless animals. Here is the one no kill shelter I found animalleague.org

I was shocked to learn that so many shelters euthuanize kittens! I can not believe home many innocent animals are put down to make room for more!

I think it is a good thing that shelters have animals spayed or neutered before releasing them. I had a neighbor that had that old cat, they called her MaMa, but this poor cat had dozens of litters of kittens, and I am not even going to try to think about what happened to those poor kittens. But eventually MaMa disappeared. I am sure she went somewhere quietly to pass away peacefully without having to deal with more kittens her tire old body could not take. 

I had tried to reason with the owner of this poor feline. I asked her why she would not spayed her. She always had that same answer, I can not afford it. Ah....baloney! There are vet clinics who offer reasonable rates to help with the financial burden (if you really do have a financial burden). The neighbors phamily lived a nice life. She had a high paying job with benefits. Two of her kids also worked after school and weekends. My personal opinion of pet owners who do not spayed or neuter their pets is, they should not be allowed to own them. I think they should post their phoots at shelters and vet clinics to show how irresponsible they are. 

I wish there was an app or a website that would show shelters and clinics that there are people out there who have no business owning pets. If you can not afford to care for a pet it is simple. Do not get one.

It is tough world we live in and I know not all shelters are up front and honest either. My friend was a lifelong animal lover. She has probably 4-5 pets that she rescued. But after her retirement from a long career in journalism. You know, the days when journalists gave you both sides of the story. She became involved in a local shelter where she lives. She was seeing things there that were not on the level and brought it up to the director. The woman who ran this shelter was not the brightest being. She would  text my friend threathening her , talking inappropriately and threathening my friend. Fortunately when they went to court those text messages were taken as evidence and the woman was removed from her position. 

I was grateful to see how many animals were spared this woman's Cruella DuVille mentality.

Today I am thankful for the people like Brian's mom and dad. Ellen and Lorianne who do their part saving feline fur babies from death . They take in these sweet pets and care for them.  I Know there are so many more of you out there. Please comment your own stories and thank everyone who is involved in the rescue and loving care of these pets. You are all so amazing.

Thankful Thursday

 Things are happening so fast in our world I just can not stay quiet anymore.  Last year a very dear friend gave up all forms of social media, blogging, email, everything. She felt called by God to pray and stay in prayer. I feel that is where I need to be. You can not argue with people, so many think they know everything.  I can only be thankful for my faith.

I have been praying for so many, who have requested prayer. Holly, dealing with leukemia. She seems to be going through her  therapy and staying as active as she is able. I know God listens so I am very thankful for Holly, that I can pray for her.

Praying for MD and MJ. One for the loss of the love of her life, one dealing with health issues. I am very thankful I can pray.

All the things my father warned me about are happening before our very eyes and people want to pretend everything is jolly. It is not. So I am thankful I can turn to the only One who hears me, who will not judge my thoughts. The days of trying to have an honest conversation with most people is long gone. So I am thankful to pray.

I also am so thankful I was raised by parents who loved God, raised us up right and never lashed out at others. I had a long conversation with a relative  recently. I am forever grateful they felt the same way. Not everyone does. Thankful for one relative who understands what is happening around us.

Praying for Baby B and Baby C, Baby D, Baby N. I think of and am thankful for the grandmother who was the truest best friend I ever knew. She would always say, when someone kind passed away, "God always takes the good ones." When a new baby was born, she would always say, "That is another sign that God will allow the world to go on for a while."Thankful one day I will see my beautiful grandmother again. 

Praying for JA and MI and HA all dealing with cancer. So very thankful people reach out to me and ask me to pray. I am so thankful for them and for the ability to pray.

Thankful I got my point across today while waiting for a grocery delivery that never arrived. The CS rep was not very helpful and I just repeated the fact that although it was cold and rainy, we left our front door open so I would hear them come up on the porch from 3 o'clock this afternoon until 7 o'clock tonight. They delivered my groceries elsewhere, and I am not going to pay for something I never received. After calmly repeating myself five times the person said they would refund me and apologized. I am thankful I was rasied by a father, who until the very day he passed away, told me, when you go shopping don't take anything you did not pay for. I am grateful and ever so thankful that I had that earthly dad as my very own.  I am very thankful to have lived an honest life. There is nothing in this world that excites me. Nothing here that makes me want to stay here forever. No, not one thing. 

So very thankful.

 To be thankful is a gift we should all cherish very much. Things I love right now were easy to list. Being thankful is something I try to do every day, no matter how small or how large it is. 

1. Thankful for the evening walk we took. It was so dark and Zach had a ccol little flashlight to help us see where we were going.

2. Thankful for Avery cooking up a batch of hamburger meat for tacos and tostadas.It was a quick and easy meal.

3.Thankful for Lulu who comes to us every night and sits and watches the baseball game with us when they are on.

4. Thankful I can pray. My grandson drives a truck and he was heading to North Dakota today.

5. Thankful I have an appoitment for my labs tomorrow. I pray all willbe well.

6. Thankful my cat has a built in alarm clock and wakes me up every morning to be fed.

7. Thankful the weather is cooling down somewhat.

8. Thankful for friendships here.

9. Thankful for the cute little succulent plants gracing two of my window sills.

10. Thankful for people who are kind and can agree to disagree and still smile with you.

11. Thankful our car repair for the Kia was not too excessive. Thankful we had a little cushion to cover it.

Thankful Thursday

This is a google image. It says it is bats in flight at dusk. Hmmmm.... we have bats but they do not come out until after darkness falls. The kids love to go outside and watch them swoop down. They are actually very artistic creatures. They will not bother you if you do not bother them. Lots of nasty rumors fly around about these creatures.  I am thankful we can see the bats at night. They are interesting and they sure have a nice flight plan. Plus the weather cools off a bit so it makes for nice entertainment. Stop by Thankful Thursday and share some thankfulness.

 I am going to try to participate in Ten Things of Thankful on Friday with TenThingsofThankful. It will help me get out of the negative funk I fell into recently. I have shed many things I followed at social media and feel better already.  It is wise to keep up with what is happening in our nation but it is also overwhelming to constantly be hit with bad news. Unless you have a specific plan to change what is happening why get involved with all the naysayers who constantly post about negative events. Unless you live under a rock, you know what is going on. I only believe if you agree with  all the violence and hate you might want to reevaluate your own values. H A T E is such an evil word. I think we need to be careful using it around young children. It is a word filled with bitterness and anger and has revenge written all over it. I worked for some bosses over the years who used profanity in place of everyday words. It is hard even today to control my tongue. Being around that language drags  me down.  In fact, the last job I worked, the doctors sister-in-law was extremely racist. She also used very inappropriate language when talking about very personal matters. I thought it was interesting the doctor never corrected her. I assume it was because he thought like she did except he was more discreet about it.  When I look back at all the years I spent there I realized although my life is imperfect today, we aren't living a life of luxury, we worked hard and my hubby still does for the important things that matter in life. I feel like God helped me dodge a bullet. If you are a prayerful person pray for my friend Monica as she is dealing with what I dealt with. I guess the doctor and his phamily enjoy preying on others to make themselves feel important.

I think this is something I May hang on my bathroom mirror. It hits the nail on the head so to speak. I am going to continue with prayerfulness, thankfulness and gratefulness. I am thinking it can only get better.

Many years ago I read Mary Crowley's story of her CHRISTian faith.  She was the founder of Home Interiors. It was a popular company in the 1970's and 80's that sold decorative artwork and other decorating pieces to beautify your home. As a young girl Mary lost her mother. She lived with her grandparents and after they were gone she moved back with her father. He had remarried and her stepmother despised Mary. She said she felt so alone but she would walk in the woods behind their home and talk to God. She was an incredible motivational speaker.

Mary Crowley often said why worry, give your worries to God, He is going to up all night anyway.

Mary Crowley and Mary Kay Ash were sister-in-laws.

They both believed in the Golden Rule.

I was raised by two parents who lived by this rule. Respect and kindness work so much better then hatefulness and meanness.

My hubby is always cracking jokes, being silly and making me laugh or end up making silly faces! I would not trade him for anything or anyone is this world. His birthday is July 23. I am putting my birthday post for him at My Tata's Cottage.

This girl is something else. She is barely two months old and she has a mind of her own. She is stubborn and very strong willed. Her little attitude says my way or no way at all! She was thinking, GreatGrandmother you know those are untruths you are telling people about me. Wink Wink!

Oh Loretta, she is like Maxine except she is a real person, hahaha! WHere she finds all these silly things...I guess I should ask her!
