Thankful Thursday

Thankful Thursday is here and you should stop by and say hello. Lots of fun and entertainment over there. I've shared this photo before. But Mister Kitty does not like his photo taken. He reminds me of Jeremy's girl Stella. I use to say she was in the canine witness protection program. She still does not like her photo taken but she is calmer and so much happier than when she was rescued long ago. I am thankful for all the pets we have had in our lives. Mister Kitty would have ended up on the streets, tired, scared and unhappy. He is a scardy cat so I am glad I chose to bring him home. Someone I know who has the loveliest kitty did a video about spayed and neutering your cats. She said her kitty was dumped before she was born. Someone dumped the momma cat and her unborn babies. My friend took one in and did all the things a good pet parent does. She said the momma cat was 6 months old when she became pregnant. That is too young to have babies for a feline. So sad. I tell you this because animals are so intelligent. I understand those people who say they love to be alone with their dog or cat! The world is mean so much. Today was terribly hectic. Everything that should go right went left! I had a headache and was waiting for some laundry to dry. I put my head down for a few minutes and here came Mister Kitty.  He would not leave my side. They have a sense humans seem to lack.
My boy was so small 7 years ago, I think he was taken from his momma way too soon too. Could be why he hangs around me so much. He was adorable trying to use the laptop. Today he is too big to be climbing across it.
Does this boy have an attitude? He is a one of a kind! Sometime he let's me snap a photo, sometime no way!
This was a great chuckle.
HaHaHa! A chocolate diet, hmmmmmm......

Thankful Thursday

My sweet cousin Mary shared this with me today. I am always thankful for humor especially in dire situations like the one we are stuck in right now. So please stop by Thankful Thursday. I am grateful and thankful for so much. I want us all to remain safe and healthy. I Know the world seems in chaos . I am staying close to home and praying and reading the bible and also catching up on many projects I have to finish.
I was thinking of Annie who shared positive and encouraging things with us. She is on a blog break so I am thinking of her today with this C.S. Lewis quote.
Difficulties call for powerful help. I spend my days in prayer and reading my bible. I Pray this virus runs it's course and leaves healing in it's place. I pray for a cure too. Pray for our medical personnel and all those essential workers who have to be on the job. I pray they remain safe including my husband and my grandson Colton. I pray our country comes together and we stop the hate. This is the time to join forces and be strong. Join me please.
