APRONS & NEW YEAR WISHES

This is going to be a quick post about aprons. Since God dealt me two left hands with matching fingers and no way to learn the graceful art of sewing I have to rely on others for things I want. So if anyone out there is listening to me help! Who has a store where they sell their hand crafted aprons?????

I found one site but Lord Have Mercy On My Soul, I thought for a moment I jumped into soft porn! LOL! The aprons were cute but H E L L O O O did your mama not teach you that you should never try cooking while totally nude and then try to cover that up with a sexy lil apron! LOL! I am pretty sure those models were mostly bare beneath their aprons! Then were they even thinking about cooking???

Hmmm....

Something to ponder in this year who is brand spanking new and full of potential. My wish this year is that we do not lose any more precious children on these battlefields our governments call wars. I want to see those of us who believe totally in the right for life to remain firm in our belief without our government butting in and taking away more of our rights. I want to continue to stand strong in my Christian faith and I want to see more friends and phamily come to know Our Saviour. I want to lend a hand to help feed hungry children right here in my own community. I think the world should jump in and do the same thing in their communities. I want to see my children happy and well fed and well educated. I want them to be happy and I want my older children to find love and enjoy a wonderful marriage, the kind I have with their dad. I want to see people laugh more and stop getting stressed and I just want some real down home contentment in my life as well as in the lives of everyone I know.

I want you to admit you love "Tom & Jerry". Oh wait, that's me and the hubby who sit here on New Year's Day watching hours of a cartoon marathon! I want to find a new place to live this year and hopefully one not filled with mold which I am certain is why my youngest daughter Hannah can not get well and stay well!

I want some financial contentment in my household and I want my husband to stay healthy so he can continue working hard which he has done his whole life. I want the law firm he works for to handle many cases so he can get lots of overtime! I want my government to leave my health care alone so I won't go bankrupt paying for health care for someone who is not interested in holding a job. I don't want to have to pay more for health insurance and get less and less in benefits. My husband gives 1/3 of his bi-weekly paychecks to health care now. I think government should make these big money makers return with interest all the money they robbed from the US taxpayers and I think the government ought to control big insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies and leave me alone!

I think people in this country ought to stand up for America and stand down for anyone trying to push their belief system and their language and everything else on us. My dad use to say "If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything."

I just want to try and live a comfortable life with a roof over my head, food for the phamily and continue working hard, because it is all I have ever known.
