"I"is for Icing on the Cake

My oldest daughter Noelle made this delicious triple layer red velvet cake! We can only assume it was a delicious because their dog "Trek" ate the icing on the cake and the cake too!  He appears to have a slight addiction to cakes as he took a huge bite out of my grandson Colton's birthday cake last month!
Here is the innocent dog Trek. He is wearing his favorite "babushka" on his head! He is quite a character!

While Trek waits out his punishment for eating cake and licking that icing from his chops, solitary confinement, please visit Ms. Jenny and share your favorite I with all of us!

Oh! That dog would be in so much trouble!! I probably couldn't quit laughing, though, to let him know he was naughty! My daughter's dog KNOWS when he's been bad, so I'm sure this character does, also!♥♫

Oh no! Poor baby, did he get sick? I know that dogs are not supposed to eat chocolate. I love the babushba hat, it is darling. You asked about my sourdough bread, If you are a Pinterest follower there are many recipes for starter. I did not create my starter, it was given to me by one of my pre-k students' grandmother. I just feed my starter whenever I want to bake. I do not think it is difficult to make starter. Thank you so much for your comment.

Poor Trek! Solitary confinement for eating something so yummy... I'd be right there beside him!! He does have good taste though, Red Velvet cake is truly the best!

Doggies can be quite smart:)

Gee, I hope he is okay. Red Velvet cake has chocolate in it, not to mention all the sugar!! Yikes.

I love the dog, Trek and his babushka. Hopefully he doesn't get a belly ache from all the cake.

He looks like a character. You should write a children's book about him complete with photos.

I would forgive Trek for being able to eat what he wants. we humans have too much restrains, don't you think?

hope you have a sweet day.

Oh, puppy! But I completely understand. Sometimes I want to eat whole cakes and jars of icing, too. :)

Awwww.

Trek looks so sweet.

Maybe he got that way by eating cakes and icing!
