Aw.....Mondays

I didn't want to miss Aw...Mondays with Sandee and friends. That poor dog would look exactly like this after I shared some of my daily problems.
I want to get better at my blog. I seem to let the days pour into more days before I catch up. So since I love you all so very much, I am going to try to be a better blogger. Love is....always makes me smile and the words here today are so truthful.
Always someone in need of prayer. I often pray for others and forget to pray for myself. I have been reading a chapter of the Book of Luke from Dec to Dec 24. Looking around the world today, it is the very best defense. So many hurting and needing prayers. As you all know, in August this year, we lost precious Alastor Avery. We are going to celebrate his short life Wednesday at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs. That zoo has many special memories so I am anxious to visit again. Please pray for us. We live in a hurting world, we need to be kinder. Thank you.
When I was a child my mom belonged to a prayerful group at our church, Christian Women/Mothers.My mom always told me prayer would be my best defense in the world. So I believed her and still do.I ask for prayers for our tiny Logan as he was sent to the hospital needing help with his lungs. Prayers for Ember Rose, a tiny baby girl who is hospitalized with RSV. Pray for Gracelyn and her grammie Debbie, both needing urgent medical care. Pray for Logan's three brothers, Jayden, Michael and Benjamin all who have or are coming done with fevers and flu like symptoms. Please pray for Mike and Marsha, still navigating the medical system with many questions regarding Mike's medical issues. Pray for Carl and Barb, also needing answers to medical issues. Please pray for my niece Karla, recovering from a double whammy of medical issues.  I thank you for this.
Happy Birthday December born people! I once had a boss that was totally into the astrological charts and horoscopes! This is a generalization too but thought it was sweet to share. I am a December girl as well as my daughter Noelle and her hubby Roger, who share birthdays on the same date. My niece Holly and her daughter Sarah are December babies and my nephew Brian is the CHRISTmas present baby! I have several birthday twins and I wish them all a Very Happy Birthday month too.
Have a beautiful day!

WORDLESS WEDNESDAY

Visit Sandee and Wordless Wednesday. Such a beautiful day we are starting out with but snow in tomorrow's forecast.
So these two cuties celebrated their second wedding anniversary Dec 2.  They took a trip to Estes Park this weekend. Look at their t shirts, hubby and wifey. They must be related to my sweet hubby and me. We love the matchy t shirts too.

Happy Tuesday and More

My oldest Noelle and I had a fun snapchat photo! This is my birthday now and than. This grammie has a few more gray hairs but I sure am living a good life.
I don't mind my birthday coming around every 365 days. As long as the Lord is willing to keep me here, I am grateful to be loved and enjoy my beautiful P H A M I L Y !
Several years ago I ran into an old friend Margie. She has the prettiest jet black hair and silver wings on each side. She told me young gals she worked with asked her why she left her gray hairs unattended. She said she tells them, it's wisdom baby, wisdom. I earned every single one of these and wear them proudly. I feel just like Margie.
We met Franklin when Hannah and Jake visited for a few days at Thanksgiving. Harrison says "cheeeeeeeese" at my partially decorated CHRISTmas tree. Nick and everyone else loved Franklin, he is a gentle canine. So he is here in honor of the memories I share with Tuesday Show and Tail. Franklin is a rescue and Jake kept him because he said other people thought he was ugly. Well let me tell you, Franklin is anything but ugly. He is the sweetest little fellow. I am happy he is part of our phamily now. His brother Leo approved of him too.

Jake and Hannah cut their own CHRISTmas tree today for their home. She said it was an awesome experience.
They worked hard getting it beautiful inside their house. Thanks to sister Rebekah and brother-in-law Zach for the "first" CHRISTmas ornaments too. Dad bought them some lights since we could not get much out of our shed due to the mini blizzard we had last week. Once I get into that shed Hannah and Jake are welcome to the dozens of stars or angel tree toppers. You know we have a huge collection, some still in their original packages.
CHRISTmas humor.
This Elf on a Shelf, grateful he wasn't around when my kids were small. I think he is totally perverted and creepy. You will never find him at my house unless he visits the cat litter pans.

I will stick with reading the Book of Luke from Dec 1 to Dec 24. On Dec 25 you will know the life of Christ as we prepare to meet Him on CHRISTmas Day. It is interesting to me that the Book of Luke contains 25 chapters. It is also one of the gospels relating to the life of Jesus. I hope you joined Happy Tuesday. Say hi to Sandee and everyone who stops by. Enjoy your week.
