Love is.../Blue Monday

We had a beautiful church service today and each time I attend church I find so much peace and feel so safe and secure close to Our Savior. This Love is...will always be a personal favorite of mine. Without God, life can be hopeless and filled with despair. If you don't believe me take a look around our world today.
I thought Sally and the Blue Crew would like these Scripture verses I shared highlighted in blue. Today was a blue day for lots of football fans, at least the teams that lost and are  finished for one more season.
Me, I was thinking about baseball and with the beautiful Spring like weather we had today I know there is hope that Spring is not too far in the distance.

Visit all those wonderful folks who share Blue Monday with each one of us and have a terrific week.

Hi Anne,

I love the verses you've displayed; in fact, I love to sing "The Lord is my light . . ." I'm sure you've heard that chorus too.

Happy Blue Monday!

When I wait for spring I watch hockey!

(And I've never understood or watched baseball since I'm not American)

I love your verses. I particularly like the one by Roger Hornsby. I can't wait for Spring.

I enjoy the baseball season because one of my grandsons and a great grandson both are very good baseball players. I enjoy going to their games.

We are getting prepared for the two storms that are headed this way. You stay warm and have a great day. Hugs, Edna B.

My family is a baseball family. We lived at the ball field from the time my baby boy was 2 until he was 22. He played college baseball. We only saw him play probably 8 times in all four years but we love it. Yelp! I'm ready for some baseball. I love the Love is stuff too! I'm a real child of the 70's. Had these posters on my wall.

that is why we have the word of God to lift us up and give us hope.
We have not had any bad weather this winter so far and I don't think we will. It's been terrible snow like last winter
Spring still seems far off to me.
Last year I couldn't plant any flowers till almost June
