P H A M I L Y / Love is.../ Blue Monday

Tiny Jeremy. I love this photo. He was such a typical boy as a child. He loved balls, baseball, basketball, football, you name it, he had one!
Ah youth! We were younger back than and Jeremy was a tiny boy!
Nick was a tiny baby at his first Christmas 1993. He was four moths old. My auntie Ang made his beautiful Christmas stocking. She was so talented. Look at the afghan behind him. I admire talented and crafty people. I am not one of them.
Nick was a tiny boy. This was Easter and I think he turned three that August.
Although the Broncos lost their playoff game today, I am and always will be a dedicated fan. My Uncle Tom was a diehard Cowboys fan and he always said no one had truer fans than the Denver Broncos. We never turn our back on our team. There are many memories to share and so many of them are so happy.
Blue to share with Sally and all those who participate with us each week.
This Love is....is very colorful and shares a message that holds true for all of us. Sally, the lil cartoon fellow is even wearing his blue scarf.

Today has been a long day. Lots of things going on and we had to get some new tires and an oil change on the car. Watching football part of this weekend and feeling blue that our team lost. Even more blue because Nick heads back to school in Kansas in the morning. My nephew Ed's flight was cancelled today due to weather where he is heading. His layover is in Chicago and they have been hammered with horrible weather. He will try again tomorrow morning. I am always sad when Nick heads back to school and will miss Ed. It has been fun having him here. He reminds me exactly of my late sister, his mom. I tell him he has one thing his brothers don't have, the perfect image of his mom.

I hope you will pray for all the travelers in my phamily. Enjoy the week and visit Sally soon.

16 Rejoice always; 17 pray without ceasing; 18 in everything give thanks; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus Thessalonians 5:16-18

Hi Anne
These are sweet photos of your boys as young children. When I look back at photos I wonder were time went as it seems like yesterday but now my son is over 35 years old and my daughter is two years behind him.
We were sad the broncos lost today, but now we are looking forward to next year.
Happy Blue Monday!

Wonderful memories stored in photos. Yes, it was a heartbreaking day in football.

Hello Anne, We watched the Broncos too and I thought they might somehow pull it off. They had a good season and deserve praise for making it to the playoffs.

Your photos of your boys are so special. It is such a shock when we realize they are all grown and off to college. We have three grands in college and time has flown by. Travel mercies to your loved ones.

Love, Jeanne

Hi Anne,

I'm sorry your team lost and your nest is once again empty; that does make for a blue day. However, your team will have another chance next year, and your grown-up little ones will return.

Yes - - pray, and then smile!

Happy Blue Monday!

I always love seeing pix of your kiddos when they were small. When I think how many photo ops my grandparents missed that makes me so sad.

Ya, I was pretty bummed to see Denver fall. With the exception of Green Bay, all my favorite teams (especially college ball) went down to defeat. Well, there's always NEXT year!

Prayers for all your travelers!

Treasured memories rest in these precious photos!
I so enjoy looking through old photos and even take it a step further back to my parents photo album- pictures of my parents as toddlers. Today my 5 year old granddaughter asked me what I liked as a child, seemed so long ago to me, as it surely did to her!
Bronco fans here too- so sad.
Warm hugs,
Jemma

Your photos are wonderful. It's always wonderful to look back through old photos and see how our children grew so quickly right before our eyes.

I have twenty grandchildren, and the next to youngest will be off to college in September. His sister (the youngest) will be right behind him a couple years later.

I also have eight great grands, and the oldest one will be soon be a teenager.

I'm not sure where all the time has gone. The little ones are all growing up so fast.

We are so blessed, aren't we? Anne, I hope your loved ones reach their destinations safely. Stay warm and have a wonderful day, hugs, Edna B.

I love baby pictures and you have some adorable ones of your family. With Nick off you will have to find lots of things to keep you busy until Spring Break. Love your bible verse today.
