Warm Heart Wednesday and Pink Saturday

When I was a small child, I loved dolls and I grew up to love them even more! These two Revlon dolls were gifts from my older brother. One was a redhead the other a blonde and I had to share them with my big sister Mary. Check out those snappy white socks! My mom had a cousin, Rose Levstik Ballas, and she worked for the Girls Department at the Crews Beggs department store. We were always dressed in style.
My friend Lorna won this Christmas doll at a tea a few years ago and she had no where to put her and she knew how much I loved dolls so she gave her to  me! That was a kind gesture. It warmed my heart than and still does today.
Lorna also gave me this cute Autumn Fairie doll. She is so cute and I am happy to have her. Lorna warmed my heart giving these dolls to me. Stop by Jenny's and visit more warm heart Wednesday folks.
I thought I would add some pink today.

My pink and black flip flops are often too cold to wear this time of year with the deep freeze we are sitting in so Rebekah was my Secret Santa and she gave me a couple pairs of warm socks for around the house. Do you like the pink and white with my blue jammies?

My artic backyard. It is so cold here. Brrrr........Please visit Beverly and all the pinkies soon.

Love the socks and jammies. I got 2 pair and an electric throw from one daughter. I am just back into blogging and love it. Love you header and layout. Blessings for the New Year.

Your dolls are really nice!!! I was not a "doll person" as a kid, but have certainly learned to love them as an adult. I do have one of my dolls......very, very vintage now. :)

HPS!!

How cute your dolls are, Anne. I am glad that you can have them to love! That snow sure looks cold to me- we have sub-zero weather moving in the next day or so....ugh! xo Diana

Such beautiful dolls! I have a doll collection too. Although I don't add to it anymore, I love looking at it. I got some fuzzy socks for Christmas too. Aren't they just wonderful??? There is no basement beneath the floors in my part of the house, so these fuzzy socks really do come in handy.

You have snow, we have rain. The weather has just been crazy this year. I'm just waiting for Spring. That's my favorite time of year.

You stay warm and have a wonderful day. Hugs, Edna B.

I couldn't wait to get home and put on my flip flops again! Happy Pink Saturday! I haven't posted there for several months due to traveling, but hope to soon. I always had dolls growing up. I love yours!

Hi Anne. I read this post last week. I thought then that I left a comment. I am sorry for not.
Your pink flip flops are nice, and pretty. When you get time and it is warmer, you might change from the socks with your PJ's to the pink FF's. That should be cute.
