Aw....Monday and More

Aw...Mondays missing sweet Franklin since they had to go home last week. The visit was too short.
Angry kitty! To be fair, our original vet, I truly believe, seriously hurt him when he was neutered. He was a sweet kitty and became belligerent after that procedure. He is exclaiming his alpha feline male role now that Franklin has left the building. In all kindness to this ornery critter, he is peacefully sleeping on the opposite of the bed as I slug through this day. Finishing my anti-biotic today and feeling blah!  I spent the morning daydreaming about more American Girl dolls and spent some time rearranging the ones I already have. No use complaining, eventually I will feel better. I am guessing once this awful heat wave takes a hike.
Humor always helps make the day lighter!
An oldie for this cute phamily.  Jeremy had a birthday yesterday. Addy gave him the best card. Plus she helped out by folding all the laundry, usually Jeremy's job! Brittany had a "goat" cake made for him. Oh if you knew this silly son of mine, you would know he loves to say " Oh the goat". He once posted a goats for sale flyer in a local laundromat. He gave his friends phone number. Oh did poor Jon get the goat calls.
The cake was so cute. Jeremy loved it.
Jeremy is in the back row and his friend Jon the goat herder (not) is the second row in the middle with glasses. A throwback photo from 2014 when they won their flag football conference.
That serious baby boy turns one this month too and he is ready to get up and go walking! We had the pleasure of watching the boys this weekend for most of Saturday afternoon. We slept really well into SONday morning. They kept us hopping and they brought their motorized car over. Big brother was backing into everything in the yard. We could not stop laughing.
Jeremy has always been such a light in many lives. He is a good guy, was a great kid and is always and forever an excellent husband, dad, sibling  and friend to all. Although his job is non stop this month it was a tough few months with all the chaos in our country. Grateful he was able to move forward at his current job, because he truly enjoys it. Prayers were answered and the phamily is surviving all of this .
I will head over to my other blog mytatascottage.blogpsot.com after my late date with a shower. The hubby has plans and I better be ready to roll come 5:30! I will share our blintzes over there shortly.
Even though Annie has been on hiatus here is a kindness quote that makes my Monday better and hopefully yours too.

Love your Spark and love your visiting pup. I'm guessing the kitty is happy to be king again? I'm sure of it.

Hubby and I are worn our from our boating weekend. Just have little energy. Perhaps tomorrow.

Thank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.

Have a fabulous Awww Monday and week. Big hugs. ♥

Happy Birthday to Jeremy from all of us! That's a shame if that made kitty angry, orange kitties are usually so mellow.

Happy Birthday to Jeremy! I like the cake.
Sorry you needed antibiotics. I hope you feel better soon.
My niece has American Girl dolls she has saved for her little girls when they get a little older. I have bought hats and sunglasses of that brand for my real cats :) XO

Happy (belated) Birthday to Jeremy! Oh my, I remember when he first met and married the love of his life -- and now look at their beautiful phamily! I didn't realize he had such an ornery streak. I'm laughing so hard about the goat story. Poor Jon!
Hope you're feeling LOTS better this morning! HUGS!
