1. I have given up on eating sugar. It is everywhere and hard to eat without it.

2. On Saint Patrick;s Day I love ot celebrateby wearing green, remembering my hubby's ancestors and all they did to make a better life for future generations.

3. I get cranky when I do not get enough sleep.

4. Jesus is my good luck charm. Without Him I am nothing at all.

Thankful: One more time with this smiling girl who turns one in two months.

TAKING A QUICK BREAK

 My laptop is not charging and my power cord is not working either. I ordered a new battery and waiting to receive that. Meanwhile I will be able to join Thankful Thrsday tomorrow. I have to use the hubby's power cord so while he is working I can blog. I will also catch up on Friendly Fill In's

Happy Tuesday and More

 Happy Tuesday Happiness is a good feeling. It happens when all the good things are going on around you. Then trouble brews, sickness, sadness, job loss, you know all the things that can go wrong.  Most all of us have been there for many of these events. The journey is not always smooth. It can be bumpy and uncomfortable. Miserable, anger filled, but at some of those moments we can breathe and rely on happiness to help us through difficulties.

Monday was a bad knee day. It happens. It is agood way to predict the weather. Humor is my favorite way to let the uncomfortable things slide by. I see and hear so many disturbing things going on in our world that I like to feel happiness and laughter light up the air!

After my hubby shared some very sad and scary events with me that happened in the metro area this weekend, I went back to this favorite from Joyce in Louisana above.  He will return when the world least expects him to.

When Rebekah was in college she lived for Shakepeare.  You either love him or hate him! Never an inbetween. But we learned to appreciate him all over again.

I will always miss Tuesday Show and Tails. It was another form of happiness for many. When life gets you down, a pet can pick you up.

Finn and Mollie are three days away from their second birthday. This little guy, although he is the largest of the five pups, greets me each morning. Talk about feeling happy. You can not help but smile. He is so unique, I love his love his face, the silky fur that graces his neck and his all around happy personality. Talk about a tail wagger, you have official met Finn.

Oh how I Love your scarcasm and extreme snarky attitude. Maxine, you are a smile maker too.

You know the expression, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade? I will end my post with that thought. It reminds me of Spring and Summer heading our way. Have a wonderful rest and come back tomorrow. We can always be happy here. 

Aw...Mondays and More

 

Luna is our grand girl Addy's pup. We were setting up the kitchen at their place, tearing down boxes and this paper was tossed on the floor. She thought it was an excellent place to rest her head. What a sweet girl she is. Please stop by Aw...Mondays and say hello.

Jeremy and Brittany are counting their blessings. Their new home is coming together beautifully. Lots of helping hands putting together everything in it's place. What a wonderful feeling to see so much accomplished.  Love is...never steers us wrong.

When your grand boy says push me faster, make me go up higher, you comply. I said, if I push you too hard I will send you to the moon. He was perfectly fine with that. These are the moments I cherish and lock inside my heart. That way if I have a bad day, I can open that window and take a peek inside.

Sweet dreams everyone. Rest well, then rise and prepare for a new day. A new week. A new beginning. Life is good that way, we can make a new beginning anytime we want to. Hoping and praying to be here tomorrow. 

SONDAY THANKFULS

 Attempting  to post something simple. Going to get a good night's rest and pray for a good tomorrow. Our son Jeremy and Brittany have moved and now have the task of setting up their new home.We just need to regain our strength after a fun filled day of Blake and his big brother Brody.

This isone extremely busy boy. He is brave, he is fearless, he is fun. You need a nice long nap after he visits. But the joy of his presence is too good to pass on. 

This is one atheltic kid. He loves shooting baskets, kicking soccer balls and since we couldn't find the baseball, he used a mini basketball to practice his baseball skills. He is kind and funny and smart. His presence is joyful for us and we always enjoy the company we get to keep.

Technical Difficulties

 I think I need a new laptop. Weird things are happening causing me to be unable to update errors, and a host of other strange happenings.

As soon as Jeremy gets settled into their new home, which is spectacular by the way,  he will have to help me set in the market for a new laptop.

Tomorrow we will watch the littles and then get to visit the house again and see all the things they were able to get done. SONday the rest of their furniture will be there.

Thankful today and each day for my phamily.

Thankful for good weather to help with this move.

Thankful to be able to watch those littles so their parents can get moved without worry.

Thankful that I will hopefully have enohg patience to get through my blogs I wanted to visit today. I love seeing your posts and comment to you too.
