Love our country, but the first thing I saw on my husband's computer this morning was an article on fox news saying that president obama will be skipping arlington day ceremony over memorial weekend. I suppose he doesn't love our country very much, not enough to honor veterans and their families! Boy, that just irks me, not the best way to start off the day, huh?! Suzie

I totally agree with your statement!!!! I just saw the Atlantis landing for the last time, had a lump in my throat....The US will not have anything with our name on it in space. We are going to hitch a ride with the Russians.........
Can't believe what is happening.

With Memorial Day coming up - this is a nice prelude to honoring those that made our country what it is.

I am tired of hearing Mexican-Americans or African-Americans. If you don't want to be American, just go home.

I live in south Texas. It makes me sick to see signs in both English and Spanish. I asked someone in a store where to find something and she couldn't speak English. I was looking to get some part time work and one place told me I wouldn't be considered since I don't speak Spanish.

My Grandfathers, my Dad, and my Hubby served their country. My Hubby's Dad was a prisoner of war in Japan for two years. I get really mad seeing all the foreign crap that we buy every day. I think more of these worthless boys today owe it to the country to do it. Don't knock it unless you have served it.

It galls me to have a non-serving President. He won't even put his hand on his heart for the pledge of alligence. His hands are always near his crotch. Doesn't that speak volumes??
