Feline Friday

Rascal was a crazy cat, She had been abandoned and we tookcare of her. But she was very wild and we were expecting a baby (Jeremy) so my sister took her. My sister was gifts with some magical cat power. She could take a cat, any kind, a stray, a tough alley cat, a wild feral, an AKC registered feline and she would turn them into her favorite friend. She still has that gift.So this Rascal, and she was a rascal, lived a very good life with other kitties like Sidewinder and Toulouse. She needed that other cat contact and it helped her calm down. Her life was what they call "the good life", Please visit Feline Friday.

I recently bought some ramekins with a Creme Brulee torch to carmelize the sugar. Rebekah and Noelle are bread baking experts and Noelle makes the most excellent Creme Brulee. Hannah is the Cheesecake Queen of Western NY. So I thought maybe I would learn the art of French Macrons. Let's just say, I know why they are so costly. HaHaHa! So instead I am going to make a chocolate souffle with orange sauce. But I thought these pink and blue Macarons were perfect for Pink Saturday

Sweet Dreams and Goodnight Wishes for restful sleep. praying tomorrow will be a new day with new dreams to dream.

Rascal is a beauty. I am impressed with all those skills. I have that set with the torch, but all I ever did in it was put sweet potatoes and torch marshmallows on top. Have a nice weekend. XO

Some people just have the knack of letting an animal know it is safe and loved, and i am glad your sister has that knack.
