Settling Down and More

Should I give up sunsets for merrygold mornings?

Should I look for rainbows or wait for the rain?
Is happiness on the highway? Or it is parked in the driveway?
Should I lean on you, babe? Or should you lean on me?
Am I looking for comfort?
Am I looking for a mistake?
Am I looking for you?
Am I looking the other way?
I'm a lil' wild child and at home here picturin'
Caravan and an empty kitchen
Bare feet on the top with my head up in the clouds
One heart goin' both directions
One love and a couple of questions
Am I settlin' up or settlin' down?
Am I settlin' up or settlin' down?
I could plant a pretty garden, chasin' myself flowers
Be a jet-set Friday or a Sunday hometown girl
I could stay a little lonely until you get to know me
Yeah, I could love a picket fence, even wrapped around the world
I'm a lil' wild child and at home here picturin'
Caravan and an empty kitchen
Bare feet on the top with my head up in the clouds
One heart goin' both directions
One love and a couple of questions
Am I settlin' up or settlin' down?
Oh-oh-ooh
Am I looking for comfort?
Am I looking for a mistake?
Am I looking for you?
Am I looking the other way?
I'm a lil' wild child and at home here picturin'
Caravan and an empty kitchen
Bare feet on the top with my head up in the clouds
One heart goin' both directions
One love and a couple of questions
Am I settlin' up or settlin' down?
Am I settlin' up or settlin' down?
Ooh-ooh-ooh
Ooh-ooh-ooh

Settling Down Miranda Lambert

I love music and I found this song by Miranda Lambert. She is an amazing songwriter and a great performer. I admire Miranda's closeness with her own mother and the fact that she says her mom gets up at 4;30 every morning to pray for Miranda and her husband. She is an animal lover and has many rescue pets .
This boy loves to wait on the porch when he knows his parents are close. I could not capture his little brother. He was chasing Grandpa around the Jeep in the driveway.  Plus my videos I took with both of them will not transfer to my blog! But we had a fun day. Always lots of laughter, games and silly moments with the little ones.
Today Rebekah baked these delicious Asiago Herb Cheese Rolls. We had leftover meatballs and they made the yummiest sandwiches. We added a slice of provolone cheese and had a nice dinner. She is quite the little bread baker. My mom would be very proud.

No matter what becomes of this world, God's Word will stand forever and ever. Eternity is forever and I want to be on the right side of God when this world fades away.

Even Princess Sassy Pants is aware of the world around us.  She is right, kindness still does exist. I think somedays we can have to search harder for it. But it is there.

Sweet Dreams! Hoping we meet again tomorrow.  Enjoy your night and wake up to a beautiful new day.

Other than her being an advocate for rescues, I don't know much about Miranda -- but I sure like her. That's a neat tid-bit about her mother!
Happy SONday!

He is such a beautiful boy. And the rolls look awesome!! The words to this song are so good that they stand by themselves.
