Tuesday 4

I am joining Tuesday 4 in honor of the late Toni Taddeo. Four questions. Here they are with my answers.

1. A movie theme song will play everytime you walk into a room. What is it? (consider asking family or friends)

The movie, "The Graduate" with Anne Bancroft and Dustin Hoffman was way too provacative to add the movie poster but the theme song "Mrs. Robinson, well.....that is legally me! I have had it for my ring tone.

2. What movie, book or program could you live in?

If I could dance with Fred Astraire. I could live in the this movie. When he dances on the ceiling.....sigh. Fred Astaire caught my heart as a young girl. He was such an incredibly talented dancer and I often think that when I get to heaven, I hope he is there so I could finally dance with him.

3. Is there a book/movie quote you pften think about or that effects you in some way?

As a life long baseball fan, I L O V E this movie. My favorite qoute, also from this movie is "You're killin me Smalls." Nothing like good clean fun that was as American as apple pie.

4. OK friend, it's your turn to organize our Blogger Movie Night as we get together as a group for snacks and movies! What movies have you planned for us tonight and and what snacks are we going to have?

I love old school movies so I'd have to have some comedy

Goldie Hawn and George Segal played off each other brilliantly.  It was silly and lighthearted.

Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey were made for each other in this movie. It is such a classic.

This movie was just a great movie. Great acting, happy times, sadness, racism, everything and anything rolled into an excellent movie that I truly treasure.

Dots and Popcorn are movie classic snacks. But I would do some healthy ones too, a veggie tray and maybe some veggie pizza or pepperoni if you please. Depending on what everyone likes to sip, I would provide cold drinks and you could always bring your own too in case you like something a little stronger.

I am always grateful to participate in blog hops and this one is especially  great. I never knew Toni Taddeo but so many have so much to say about this lady. I am sorry I never had the opportunity to know here.

I would hope everyone would enjoy some of these movies and would love to join together with you again. Thank you for inviting me into this blog hop.

I do apologize when I entered my link for Tuesday 4 I missed a letter in my blog title. I was correctly entered at #10. I do apologize for my error.

Hi Ginny, thanks for visiting my blog! I love your choices! I loved seeing the old movies with my mom and loved Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. Also loved Rogers and Hammerstein movies! It takes time to get on a blogging roll. Better to post early if you can. Toni was a a great lady and poet too. I think you can go to her blog which is still linked at the bottom of my friends list. Enjoy the rest of your week!

I'm so glad you played along!
Aw, I'm smiling at the visual of you and Fred dancing together in Heaven. I only saw the Sandlot a couple years ago, but yes. It's sure a charmer. Fried Green Tomatoes is the best! I'm not a big fan of regular tomatoes, but I love the fried green variety; do you get them in Colorado?
Have a sweet day!
