Thankful Thursday I do not have a very exciting cat. Perhaps I am lucky. But he does settle in at night and sleeps by my feet. I never have cold feet. So I am thankful for him. Annoying as he can be, bugging me for fresh water from the sink. Meowing too loudly 2 hours before dinnertime and sleeping. He looks so sweet when he is sleeping. Don't let him fool you. Hope you stop by Brian's for a visit.
I suppose if sleeping cats were ususual he would be a wealthy feline. He loves sleeping and he has no trouble getting into a comfy place to rest his weariness. From what, I am not sure. But I love the silly fellow and willkeep him. It is him and me against the rest of the world. I am very thankful I took him into my home. I shudder to think where he would be. Probably sickly or dead. He lives a very good life here. He is warm or cool when needed, sleep s in comfy places, eats top of the line food and drinks only fresh water. I think he should be thankful. Perhaps he is, he does keep my feet warm at night.
This is a Dirty Hippie. I really miss going to the Buff in Boulder where you can drink this one of a kind coffee drink from a mason jar. You can have a Mimosa for 99 cents (limit three). Hey, it's a college town! The food is great and the place is very popular. At least it use to be.
This chandelier hangs in one of the diningrooms in the Buff. It is made from spoons. I love it and think it is so unique. Missing places like this lately. Today I received a new menu from First Watch. Although it is a chain restaurant for breakfast and lunch, it has nice menu and most of the food is quite healthy. It is a place where you can even sit at a community table. Those were fun times.
Harrison James looked like a mini Steve Largent in his finest NFL days. Largent could catch those passes with two fingers up in the air. He never had to dance in the end zone either. It was his job to ctch those passes. Today everyone needs a pat on the back or their unhappy. Sigh....
Snoopy is my all time favorite. He has never gone into PC mode. He never is spiteful or inappropriate. He was created by an amazing man with an amazing talent and I don't think we see much of that these days. Snoopy can still make me smile, no matter what is happening in the world.

What a sweet cat. He looks very comfortable in his bed
A Dirty Hippie sounds interesting. I wonder what's in it.
I love your sweet kitty! My Nugget runs like a dog to get in bed with us at bedtime and settles in nicely until around 2am when he decided it's time for playing zoom zoom in and out of the room. Face tapping to make us get up to feed him starts around 5am. Have to love them no matter what!
Your kitty sure looks like a sweet dude, handsome too. The Buff looks nice, no wonder you miss it. Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
Your kitty looks a lot like mine. Not just in appearance, but in sleep mode too, lol. My Sandy sleeps all the time, but when she sleeps at my feet while I'm asleep and I move my feet, she thinks I'm playing. Not a good thing for her. LOL... because her bite wakes me and she gets a kick. But I love her anyway.
Some cats are so loving and some cats are full of mischief. I've had both kinds.
Love that chandelier. Very unique.
Harrison James is a handsome little man.
I agree with you about Satan. Frightening. At least we can see him.
I hope you had a fabulous Thankful Thursday, Anne. Love and hugs. ♥
Those are awesome photos of your kitty kat sleeping. I have tons of photos of Pogo sleeping. There's just something soothing about a sleeping animal. You have a wonderful day, hugs, Edna B.
The chandelier is so cool! Your kitty looks a lot like ours. I read somewhere that cats sleep about 20 hours a day!
Funny feline!
That's such a cool chandelier ... but my heart leapt at the sight of the "Dirty Hippie." What to do, but look up Buff's website and read all the amazing drinks. Yummmmm!
How sweet that your kitty keeps your feet warm. My Emmy does that for me and my Sammy keeps my head warm. Your grandson is adorable. XO
A sleeping cat is a happy cat, at least i think so.
